How do suspended cards interact with trinisphere?

Lotus Bloom
Artifact
Suspend 3—{0} (Rather than play this card from your hand, pay {0} and remove it from the game with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When you remove the last, play it without paying its mana cost.)
{T}, Sacrifice Lotus Bloom: Add three mana of any one color to your mana pool

Trinisphere
3, Artifact
As long as Trinisphere is untapped, each spell that would cost less than three mana to play costs three mana to play. (Additional mana in the cost may be paid with any color of mana or colorless mana. For example, a spell that would cost {1}{B} to play costs {2}{B} to play instead.)

I imagine that a bloom under trinisphere would cost 3 to play and if they dont have 3 would it stay RFG or go to the grave?

If they can't pay 3 it stays removed.

Trinisphere supercedes -everything-. Ever.

When determining the mana cost to play a spell, which is exactly what you do on a suspend card (When the last counter is removed, play it), you determine the initial cost (In this case there isn't one, since the card specifies such), then add additional costs (Sphere of Resistances and the like), then subtract anything that lowers the cost (Sapphire Medallions and the like.) THEN, as the very very very last step of determining the spell, you take that number and boost it up to total three mana if it hasn't met the Trinisphere standards.

If you "play" the spell, there is no way around an untapped Trinisphere. Period.
