Hypergenenis + Recoup

Hi there.

I'd like to know if it's possible to flashback hypergenis with recoup for free?

I also wonder about how hypergenis resolves. Do triggered abilities go in the stack during the spell resolution ? And what about activated and static abilities ?

Hypergenesis has no mana cost, so recoup would give it a non existent flashback. You cannot pay an non existent cost.

Abilities:
Static abilities apply once the card hits play.
Triggered abilities go one the stack above Hypergenesis.
You cannot play activated abilities while something is resolving.

Triggered abilities go one the stack above Hypergenesis. Not exactly, they don't go on the stack until Hypergenesis is finished resolving.
