Hi, I'm a regular player in the Santa Barbara area and our local shop has stopped hosting Legacy tournaments. Me and a friend (I don't remember his Source name) are trying to start our own tourney's and are looking for interested parties. As of right now, we have about 5 (give or take) people who are interested. I don't know what the rest of the groups thoughts are on traveling to Ventura, but I'm okay with if if there is a large(r) Legacy player base down there.
So, who's interested?

You know I'm in; I've tried to work with the owner of Conejo sports cards about holding a large event. At first he was very interested and then he stopped contacting me; but there is possibly some potential there.

I did a search on Ventura just because I live in VTA and was wondering if you play at Seths Games and Anime... PM me if you want to play.

Upping this, as we have a dual land up locally (Santa Barbara) every 2-3 weeks. Turnout usually around 8, but entry is only $3. Hoping some locals will see this

My parents are in Ventura, and I've been to Seth's Games and Anime a couple times when I was out there. It's a good place, although their Sunday tournaments cover all non-Standard, non-Draft formats (on a rotating basis), so you'd get to play Legacy once a month if you go. They get a small but somewhat dedicated player base, so I'd suggest going there whenever they run a Legacy tournament to network with the players there. Not sure if they're currently sanctioned, I know they had issues with sanctioning each week due to not having the same staff in the store each weekend (ie, someone who can report DCI match results).
