[?] slow decks in legacy? white control?

what are some powerful white/artifact control cards that slow most tier 1 decks down. im testing pulse/abeyance/martyr with no procs since i got no other 1 drops. the win condition is consistant but needs more spells like abeyance to make sure you can go off/they dont go off, or card advantage. 3 crypts main (accelerates the win condition), ill probably be splashing black also (nights whisper, duress?) i know this deck sounds retarded but its based on some crazy cards

also, what are some good cards that take out selected cards straight from the library, like cranial or ghost quarter

any really small cards that rfg from top of lib/grave or something?
