So, there is a standard deck out there called pickles... I thought it wouls be an interesting thought to put together, especially for the current meta.

here is a rough list of what I think it should look like if I were to port it... please give some advice because I think this would be a cool idea.

lands//23
1 flooded strand
4 polluted delta
4 underground sea
4 tropical island
3 island
1 bayou
4 faerie conclave
2 treetop village

creatures//8
4 tarmogoyf
2 teferi
2 tomb stalker

spells//29
4 force of will
4 counterspell
3 stifle
4 pernicious deed
2 ghastly demise
3 diabolic edict
4 brainstorm
2 extripate
3 cunning wish

sideboard//
1 ghastly demise
1 diabolic edict
1 hideous laughter
1 krosan grip
1 trickbind
1 extripate
1 worldly tutor
4 leyline of the void
3 duress
2 engineered plague

I can see this having a great threshold MU, with the plagues, edicts, deeds, teferis and such... the goblin MU would probably leave something desired..

I also think it would have a solid combo MU, as well as being pretty resiliant looking.

so, yeah... try to give some feed back on the deck.

It's called pickles because of the Brine Elemental - Vesusan Shapeshifter lock.
Not because of Teferi - Tarmo.

Just my two cents ^_^.

I really don't care why it was named the way it was... I just wanted some feedback/ideas on if this could be competative.

This isn't pickles though because it doesn't play the two cards that makes pickles pickles... As for the deck as amazing as teferi is (in block/t2) he is way to slow/bulky in legacy. He doesn't even stop counter/top... Bug control could be viable but not by trying to do it with creatures all in the current block constructed format. But no reason not to play tarmogoyf cause hes in every deck in existence..
