So, during last Friday's tournament there happened some shenanigans involving Eye of the Storm, Time Stretch, and a counter war. Once we got all the stack crazyness worked out, it ended up that one player had gained 4 extra turns and the other had gained 2.
My question is this: In what order are the turns taken? Does the active player take the 4 turns, then the nonactive gets his 2? Or does it go back and forth, i.e., Active, Nonactive,Active, Nonactive, Active, Active?
Or does something else happen entirely?

It depends on the resolution order of the spells. The last Time Walk effects first and it moves backwards from that. So if it was you, you, me, you, me; I would take a turn, you would take a turn, I would take a turn, you would take three turns, it would be my turn, as normal.
It's last in, next turn basically.

I think we just stab whoever ran Eye of the Storm and Time Stretch.
