Has it placed in at least 4 top 8's in the last 6 non-European Legacy tournaments wtih 33 or more people?

The deck is not a DtB, therefore, there is no reason we need to be having this discussion. However, it passes our guidelines of DtW status after placing twice in recent tournaments. For the love of God, drop this issue or I will drop you.
