The basic meta plan was to utilize the Magus of the moon and run only 1 non-basic land and destroy my opponents mana base. This was assuming I'd play against Thresh, combo, 40 something land and dual heavy survival all day. This move turned out to be phenominal since magus won me 80% of my matches.
Round 1: Survival Mirror
I see while he's shuffling he has a Goblin Sharpshooter, I think crap I'm losing to goblins but turn one he drops bayou and I am very much relieved.
We both get survival on board. I get magus out, he plays Flametongue Kavu
I Harmonic Sliver his Survival. He recovers easily, Sharpshooters my board and takes game one with goyf.
Game 2: No sideboarding (Wishing I boarded Oriss)
Starts out similar to game one but this time I get Kiki-Jiki in yard and Survival on board before he wipes my creatures with sharpshooter. I have no cards in hand and need to get any creature to win. I draw Birds of paradise and say go. End of his turn I survival to get sky hussar, discard that to get karmic guide and earn a lucky game 2 win. (My opponent wasn't too happy)
Game 3: Same as game one.

Round 2: Aluren (Rsaunder)
Game 1:
Easy win since he drew no aluren and played nothing relavant since magus shuts down his land.
Game 2: Sideboard in 3 Needle Drop Reya, don't remember what else.
He gets aluren on board but I have Harmonic Sliver in Hand, He played Raven Familiar I Respond with Sliver, GG.

Round 2: DeadGuy (Whit3 Ghost)
Game One:
He Plays Hymn and Small Pox turn one and two respectively but I manage to get Magus on board and get him off vindicate and grunt and continue to overrun him.
Game Two: No Sideboarding
Starts like the first one but he gets a much better draw. I get Magus on board early end up with no hand and survival on board. He has hypnotic spector and shade, its not looking great for me. My Akroma and Retainers are in my graveyard, I manage to draw a creature, get Genisis in yard and Rofellos on board. Next turn i Genisis retainers and get Akroma out which immediately turned the game around.

Round 4: DeadGuy again
Game one: He plays 2 shades, pumps both and swings for 9. I respond next turn with angry sharpshooter. Next turn I get out saffi and loyal retainers and shoot him with sharpshooter infinitly.
Game Two: Best game all day..No Sideboarding.
He mulls to 6 on the play and says go. I say you are on the play, he responds with no play...ok. He continues to not draw land for 5 turns and i wreck him with masticore and kiki-jiki on board.

Round 5: (Eternal Garden) Di (This is ironic b/c this round was key to id into t8 and i wanted to play against a land deck all day since its my best match up)
Game one: My hand sucks with 4 forests a genisis but it has a magus which was winning me matches all day so I keep, I play not much for first 4 turns and turn 5 get tribe elder off a survival. He makes an unknowing play error of not to play Humlility but Engineered explosives for 2 I sac tribe elder for a mountain drop Magus, game over.
Game 2: I board in 4 Price of Progress and Crypts and drop all creature kill, masticore etc.
I get Magus out, he swords, drops humility and tabernacle. I continuously drop 1/1s and he does not get threshold to block with Nantuko Monastary.

Round 6: Aluren (Phil Stolze)
I could have ID'd in, but my opponent couldn't so I play round 6
Game 1: I'm pretty nervous since Aluren seems to be a 50/50 with my deck. It seems he runs more basics than rsaunder and gets a way better draw than my previous match. He gets aluren on board, plays raven familar, I respond with harmonic sliver, he fow's gg I lose.
Game 2 Board in Needles
Same as game one sans Harmonic Siver.
I get knocked out of top 8 and end up 11th. (4-2)
