Ebay is horribly commercial and spyware infested. My antivirus just blocked 8 applications trying to access my system while only doing some searches. This is why Ebay sucks. Let me know if you agree or disagree with me and lets try to find out if there are any alternatives to Ebay or if they will be in the future.
Ebay has been going down hill for a while. The problem is you won't find better prices anywhere else except for MOTL. When I was heavy into buying/selling that place was "tub".

Even on Ebay, the prices aren't exactly great: you only seldom get things for much less than they're worth. MOTL is probably your best bet overall.
Try Cardshark.com. The prices are comprable to Ebay, and your stuff ships much faster.

I completely disagree with you, your computer must be f'ed up for other reasons than eBay.
Try some retail search engines like
www.blackborder.com
www.findmagiccards.com

Yea really depends on what you're shopping for, as far as where to go. I use www.Blackborder.com and www.Findmagicards.com a fair bit if looking for mid-range rares, like a playset of a $5-10 single, pick the cheapest vendor and pick up 4. For most low value singles (uncommons and/or Eternal-only playable rares) I buy from www.Coolstuffinc.com, they consistently ship quickly and have more or less average prices and only charge a dollar shipping. For playsets of chase rares or format staples I go to Ebay cause their prices are usually the going "trade" rate, as opposed to the store price on high end rares.

My computer's fine. My anti-virus is probably ten times better than yours, though. And I'm not having major issues with Ebay, my antivirus just blocks malicious things whenever I search for stuff on Ebay. I'm still able to view everything though and don't notice anything different.
And I'm not talking about just magic cards. I was wondering if they were places that sold 'everything' just like Ebay does but less commercial.
