We are trying to get some players to go from Syracuse. So far we have Rich, Merwin and Doug might be the fourth, just need to see if he is sure he is going.

Well, it is but a couple hours from my doorstep. But I am uninterested in the format. Is there any chance of catching Legacy action there?

I am looking forward to going. Too often I don't get to go to major events unless I am judging. Getting the chance to go to Florida in November and play in a Limited Grand Prix is nice.
The next North American Grand Prix will be in Philadelphia, and I will be judging there. I don't know when I will get the opportunity to play in a big event again...

Limited? That's my favorite format, after Legacy. It's literally on the other ass end of the country from me, but I might be able to fly out there. And since its a format Wizards cares about and everything, I might even accomplish something this time.

If you fly out, I would suggest flying into Orlando and renting a car to take the short trip to Daytona. You will save hundreds of dollars by doing so.

Hey! We are still hoping to get one more person from the Syracuse area for this. We plan to leave Thursday mid-afternoon. Right now, Jason Merwin, Jared Zimmer and myself are confirmed for the trip. We want to split driving time and expenses for this. Hotel is already secured, as is transportation. Let me know if anyone from the Syracuse are is looking to go to this, or if anyone from around here can meet us in the 'Cuse to go to Florida.

The Hotel is only 6 blocks from the Convention center, so we can walk most of the weekend. Also, I already got a heads up on places to score good food, since my father goes to Daytona every February for the races.
