Collective Restraint

Does Collective Restraint only refer to basic lands or can it trigger off dual lands as well? I'm asking this question since I've seen a deck with Restriants that only ran dual lands. I'm pretty sure it only works with basics but I just wanted to make sure. The list kind of confused me. :laugh:

It counts basic land types, so yes duals count. This goes for all "domain" cards like Gaea's Might.
