Can you morph creatures flipped with Ixidron?

You sure can.

edit - I should clarify. If a creature has morph, and is flipped by Ixidron, you can turn it face up for it's morph cost. If it doesn't already have morph, however, being turned face down by Ixidron doesn't give it morph, and you can't turn it face up.
