[Georgia] Weekly Legacy Tournaments in Alpharetta

Just a friendly reminder that there are weekly Legacy tournaments in the Alpharetta area, especially sense it is the holiday season meaning many people will be on some sort of break from school and/or work. The last 2 weeks we have had 15+ people, with last Wednesday reaching over 20+. Anyhow...

That's only two and a half hours from us. Our crew might just head that way out of boredom, since our college sect is on their Christmas Break. God knows Alabama's getting stale.

Sucks that it's on a Wednesday of all days though.

Wednesday is rough, but these tournaments have been going on for over a year now and people have adjusted schedules to fit so it will more in likely not change. They have been talks about having Saturday Legacy and/or Vintage tournament maybe once a month that would have the prize be high dollar sample(s) of the particular format.

Are there any players from South Carolina going to these tournaments? I'm moving there in a couple weeks and I'd need a ride. It seems this would be the nearest place for me to play Legacy. (Please correct me and let me be wrong.)

Are there any players from South Carolina going to these tournaments?

I'm almost 100% confident this is a no. It is more in likely too far for most people to travel on a weekday.

As for Saturday Vintage/Legacy events, back on 3/8 (Saturday) they had their first Vintage Event (http://www.supergamesinc.com/mb/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=24).

Definitely like to have you show on the Legacy night if that was possible. This past Wednesday, we have 30 people show. Every since the new year, there is never < 20 people.
