Question: I assume no.
I have 6 cards in my graveyard and I want Threshold. I have 3 cards in hand (Infernal, Muse, Cabal Ritual) and 5 mana floating. Can I evoke Muse into play, with the leaves play ability on the stack and Cabal Ritual (BBBBB)to get Threshold?

If I'm understanding your scenario correctly, then yes. "When Slithermuse leaves play" triggers upon the Muse's death, so it's already in the graveyard while the ability is still on the stack and can count for Threshold.
Of course, if it costs 3U then you won't be able to do it because you'll be short one mana for Cabal Ritual :P

Hush you!.. Yeah, I can only hope it costs 2U. Thanks for the answer.
Slithermuse almost certainly costs 3U - it's highly unlikely the spoiler is incorrect.
Even if it's a "comes into play" trigger, you can do it because it'd be two "comes into play abilities" - Slithermuse's and evoke's. Since they both trigger at the same time, you can resolve the evoke sacrifice trigger first and leave Slithermuse's trigger on the stack.

It's official. Straight from the Rules Primer posted by Wizards yesterday.
Slithermuse
{2}{U}{U}
Creature -- Elemental
3/3
When Slithermuse leaves play, choose an opponent. If that player has more cards in hand than you, draw cards equal to the difference.
Evoke {3}{U} (You may play this spell for its evoke cost. If you do, it's sacrificed when it comes into play.)
