Urborg, Tomb of Yawg + Blood Moon

I am unclear on the interaction of these two cards, as they are both type-changing continous effects. If I've Urborg out and a Blood Moon hits, do both type-changing effects apply for the non-basics on the board (i.e. they are both mountains and swamps)? Or does one of them override the other (and if so, which one)?

Theres a thread about this exact same question like 4 threads down. Theres layering explanations in there but basically Urborg is a mountain and doesnt have the swamp granting ability, so lands dont all tap for B.
