Wood Elves + City of Traitors

If I cast a Wood Elves off of a Forest and City of Traitors, would I lose the City when the Forest off the Wood Elves comes into play? I assume I wouldn't lose the City since it "puts" the Forest into play but I just wanted to make sure. Thanx ahead of time. :smile:

Correct. You are not playing the land, you are putting it into play.
