Pox - BBB, Sorcery

"Each player loses a third of his or her life, then discards a third of the cards in his or her hand, then sacrifices a third of the creatures he or she controls, then sacrifices a third of the lands he or she controls. Round up each time."

How should I count if player have e.g. 16 lifes, 4 cards, 2 creatures and one land?
Which "round up" is correct at number like 2 and one?

Yes, I know, itīs a dumb question, but counting with Pox seems little complicated to me:confused:

16/3 = 5.n = Lose 6
4/3 = 1.n = Lose 2
2/3 = 0.n = Lose 1
1/3 = 0.n = Lose 1

Another handy number to know is Poxing at 20 life = -7 life

We have a Pox thread (http://www.mtgthesource.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4300) and there's also a White/Black "Vaka" Pox thread in New & Developmental.

Ok it's easy, just start by dividing by three (you can even use a calculator if you really want). Then if there is any numbers after the decimal place, just round it up to the next whole number.

If you still can't do the math, try this (http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/yugioh/en/).
