WTF do you need proxies in a Legacy tournament for?

Lol, true, but I suppose this has a chance to increase attendance.

Proxies are allowed because I want everyone to be able to play with their optimum build, regardless of economic advantages. Why not all proxies? Because, playing against proxies sucks and there ought to be some investment in the game by those who play it.

No offense, and not trying to be blunt or anything, but if you poor you probably should not be spending your money on cardboard crack or playing in proxy tournaments with said crack.

Yeah, every store has 9-13yo kids who feel like they can't compete with the guys who can afford 4 Tarmagoyf or whatever. Proxies give them a chance to fail based on lack of skill or experience not based on lack of job or broke parents.
Plus, if attendance were mandated for those proxy haters then I could understand the whining, but last time I checked attendance was still optional at all magical events. Our goal is simply to have a well attended tournament where the store makes money and everyone has fun.

So, northwest magic is down, we usually get most of our posting info on there. So who's coming to this event in the northwest?
Is that the right address? I can't seem to find it using mapquest.

So who's showing up? I'll be there-I could use another set of Goyfs.
Seattle Crew? Other Portlanders?

Seattle Crew?
I know at least three people who are guaranteed to come down (Tosh, Myself and Mav), and we might be able to snag a few others.

Man, I can't wait....I haven't actually played Legacy since you guys drove down that Saturday a few weeks ago...and before that it was the last time you guys drove down.
That ought to make it even more humiliating to be smashed before whatever I end up playing. I'm thinking that Treefolk is so savagely good that I will bring it. On a related note, I think you guys should play Dragon Stompy.
Lame! I can't make this because my sister had to get her ass pregnant and she is having a baby shower. I doubt I'll even go to it, but I have to "help out". WHich means do all the work of cleaning and shit, without getting cake.

Lame. One week to go...hmm...There's a Friday night tournament the night before this thing, right? With huge attendance? What time, and are any of the Seattle Crew free to go to that?

where is Arlington?
In Washington, about 30-45 minutes North of Seattle or so.
One week to go...hmm...There's a Friday night tournament the night before this thing, right?
Yes.
With huge attendance?
Depends. How many people are you bringing?
What time, and are any of the Seattle Crew free to go to that?
6:30 (reg starts at 6:00), and yeah, we're usually there. Because we run it.
How's this going? Does Pinder have any updates? Is Pinder there? Who is there? How are the people that are there doing?
So... Pinder, Maverick676, Volt, AngryTroll, nick (idk if he's on the source), and I were there representing the Infoninjas. We had 5 players in the top 9. The cut was to top 8 and tie breaks totally fucked me out of that 8th spot.
Decks (W-L-T b4 top8):
Me - BS Combo (3-2) 9th... /cry
Pinder - Moon Thresh (2-2-1)
Maverick676 - UGw Madness (w/o Deep Analysis) (3-0-2) top8
Volt - UWb Slivers (4-0-1) top8
AngryTroll - Survival (4-1-0) top8
nick - TES (3-1-1) top8
Maverick ended up winning the 4x 'Goyfs and Pinder won a $5 side event for a Trop. It was pretty fun. I'll let them post w/e they want but this is just a recap.

Yeah, what Tosh said. I just want to point out that 4 of the top 8 slots and the winner were InfoNinjas. That's all. Also, I got paired against Nick (Yawgmoth), Don (AngryTroll), and Chris (Volt) today. That sucked.
I had an Applebeetini though. That was fucking great.

26, which is unfortunately not enough to scratch the DTB forum, but whatever. It was still a pretty incredible showing.
Gives me hope for the big summer tourney.

I liked the hand signals involved when Brian cast Armageddon against a clear board, with Geese and Goyf in play, in the last game of the finals.

Yeah... After the Armageddon Brian has 2x Goyf (5 power) and 2x Goose (threshed) and the other guy had nothing. His opponent's hand signal was hilarious given the context.

Round 1 vs. RG Welder Survival
Game 1: I win the die roll and play first, I drop a tundra and say go. He drops a taiga and plays a goblin welder, which I plow end of turn. Turn 2 I drop a mongrel, on his turn he attempts a survival which gets forced, end of turn I cast a rootwalla. Turn 3 I resolve a goyf and swing with mongrel and rootwalla. We go to his turn and he manages to resolve a survival then attempts to use it, I stifle the activation, and he passes the turn. I topdeck another stifle and swing in with all my guys pumping rootwalla and discarding a wonder to mongrel. He goes to his turn and attempts to use survival, I stifle it again, at this point he doesn't have any more creatures in hand which buys me enough time to win.
Sideboarding: Out: 3 Arrogant Wurm, 1 Swords In: 4 Pithing Needle
Game 2: I keep a hand with 2 wasteland, 1 Trop, a stifle and some critters. He drops a 1st turn survival and by turn 3 I'm staring down a sundering titan and a platinum angel.
Game 3: I play a turn 1 pithing needle naming survival, turn 2 mongrel, turn 3 arrogant wurm. In this time he casts a survival, and then an explosives for 1 which I force. He was unable to find an answer in time.
Round 2 Vs. Anthony (Cardtard) with Mono Blue TrinketNought
Game 1: All three of my games against Anthony were very long and close games so I don't remember everthing. Early game I resolved a mongrel and started swinging, eventually he got a dreadnaught down. I discarded a wonder to mongrel which forced him to use the crypt he had cast turn 1. Somehow I won this game a couple turns later, I can't remember if it was just buy swinging into the dreadnaught with alot of dudes or if I just found a wonder.
Sideboarding: Out 3 Arrogant Wurm, 3 Wasteland, 3 Stifle In: 3 Krosan Grip, 4 Meddling Mage, 2 Gilded Drake.
Game 2: I come out of the gates swinging with a mongrel and a tarmogoyf, He slows me down with Trinket mages, Magus of the future and bounce spells. I get him down to 1 life, when he manages to stabilize with 2X dreadnaught, Propoganda and Back to Basics.
Game 3: My turn 2 mongrel lets me cast the three rootwallas I have in hand, In response to his counter balance. We go to my turn, and I topdeck a mage which resolves and I name dreadnaught. I swing with the mongrel and rootwallas and pass the turn. On his turn he casts a top and says go. I attack and he echoing truths my rootwallas, before damage I try to cast one, he responds by drawing a card with top I respond by casting two more, unfortunately there is a mystical tutor on top of his library so all my rootwallas get countered. I cast a second mage post combat naming echoeing truth. A couple turns later I finish him off with flying mongrels, goyfs and mages.
Round 3 Vs. Don (AngryTroll) with BGWR Survival
Game 1: I resolve an early mongrel and a goyf which gets plowed but I topdeck a second one. He gets manascrewed which lets me keep him from doing much of anything with circular logic and a couple forces.
Sideboarding: Out 3 Arrogant Wurm, 1 Swords, 3 Stifle, 2 Rootwalla In: 4 Pithing Needle, 3 Grip, 2 Gilded Drake.
Game 2: I play mongrels and goyfs, unfortunately for me Don sticks a survival and destroys my board with shriekmaws and goyfs of his own. I scoop shortly afterword.
Game 3: I play pithing needle turn 2 naming survival. He buring wishes for shattering spree. On my turn I play a mongrel and pass the turn. Don plays spree replicating once, I stifle and Circular logic both copies. I continue to play guys and swing, winning the game in a few turns.
Rounds 4 and 5 I draw with my opponent into top 8
Top 8
Round 1 Vs. RG Beatz
Game 1: I play a turn 2 mongrel with two arrogant wurms in hand. I use both as suprise blockers which pretty much ends the game, Although my mongrel eats a sudden shock before the game ends.
No Sideboarding.
Game 2: I have a 2X swords + Goyf hand. She plays kird apes and basking rootwallas, I play out bigger creatures and find a wonder to swing in unblocked.
Semifinals Vs. Nick with TES
Game 1: He mulls into a bad hand, and can't combo off before mongrels and goyfs finish him.
Sideboarding Out: 4 Swords, In: 4 Mages
Game 2: I tap out turn 2 to play an aquameoba, which cuts off my mana to stifle. He chants me on his turn I force, then he plays D returns and I don't draw a force in my seven. He burning wishes with a storm count of 10+ so I scoop.
Game 3: I play a basking rootwalla first turn, and then wasteland his turn 1 land. Turn 3 he chants me and I have no force. He plays some rituals and D returns but doesn't draw a win condition or tutor. I win the game a couple turns later with a grip full of counters.
Finals Vs. Loam Aggro
With music provided by DEAFENINGLY LOUD.PUNK BAND
Game 1: Wasteland + Stifle wreck his manabase, eventually he casts a countryside crusher but it doesn't matter the wonder in my hand lets my dudes fly over it for the win.
Game 2: I keep a terrible hand of 6 with only a wasteland and no blue mana source, but it does have 2X goyf. Fortunately I topdeck an island and find a forest with the brainstorm. On turn 5 I cast an armageddon with 2X tarmogoyfs and 2 rootwallas on the board, we shake hands and I collect my goyfs.
After the tournament Tosh and I stick around for awhile to wait for Pinder who was playing in a legacy side event for a blue dual. He was in the finals playing against cleric tribal.
Afterwords the All the Infoninjas there went to Applebees, and there was much drinking and rejoicing... and coloring with crayons:tongue:.
Props:
To Mirkwood for running this.
To the Infoninjas for getting 4 people in the top 8.
To Tosh for driving Pinder and I up there.
To Volt, Angrytroll, and Nick for driving up from oregon.
Slops:
To Whatever band it was playing during the finals.
To Applebees for taking forever to bring beer.

I would like to say that I am a 15 year old kid and I own 4 Tarmogoyfs, 4 Force of Wills, 19 Dual Lands and 12 Fetchlands. So it is possible to play competitively at a young age; (my parents aren't that rich) one just has to play the market a bit, find good prices, and babysit. It's doable.

You know 15 is a bit diff than 9-13. At that age you can have a part time job, when your 9-13 thats illegal.

I've been a member of the workforce longer than you've been on the planet. I own thousands of dollars worth of cards, including a nearly complete playset of dual lands, multiple sets of goyfs, multiple sets of Forces, Sea Drakes, Moats, and oodles of other expensive Magic cards. I don't have a problem with a modest number of proxies being allowed at an unsanctioned Legacy event. Neither should you.
See, this is what really irks me. You're going to talk down to me because of my age. The word "oodles" and the phrase "I've been a member of the workforce longer than you've been on the planet" are pretty much what I got from older magic players when I first started playing this game. Allowing some proxies are ok, I guess, and I wasn't posting to say that they shouldn't be allowed, only to say that a) not all teens suck at magic, and b) not all teens can't afford good cards.
Look, this is getting too off-topic. I don't get what you're talking about "being talked down to" because I co-formed my team when I was 16 (maybe 15, I don't remember) and haven't experienced anything like that (that wasn't obviously a joke).
Back on-topic:
It would be awesome if more people could go up to Mirkwood every Saturday (there's a Legacy every Sat. there) so it'd be more than a 6 person tourney.
I liked the proxies even though I have everything I needed. I tried out Grim Tutors because I could and didn't like them so I dodged having to buy more expensive cards.
List and report.
I like the list, but you are missing 2 Wonders in the main.
Pinder

Eh, I suppose I should probably write one of these, too. My list is up there a few posts.
Round 1 vs Sam with Mono-G Elves
Game 1: You know what happens when you don't draw a single creature in the entire game? You lose.
Out: 3 Blood Moon
In: 3 Pyroclasm
Game 2: You know what happens when you 'clasm and then drop 2 Tarmogoyfs on an empty board? You win.
Game 3: A lot like game 2, except instead of Pyroclasm I used Fire/Ice to 2-for-1 him like 3 times.
1-0
2-1
Round 2 vs Loren with Welder Survival
Game 1: He fiddles around with a bad hand, and I beat the crap out of him. I saw a Trike and a Survival, and I realized it was the Survival that Mav played in the first round.
Out: 3 Blood Moon, 1 Werebear, 1 Fire/Ice, 1 Daze
In: 3 Krosan Grip, 3 Pithing Needle
Game 2: I don't see any Needles, but Fire/Ice takes care of his Welder, Grip takes care of his survival, and free countermagic takes care of everything else.
2-0
4-1
Round 3 vs Chris (Volt) with UWb Slivers
What?! There were 4 Ninjas who were 2-0 at that point, and we all managed to get paired against each other. Damnit.
Game 1: I get lots of Tarmogoyfs, and he removes them. He eventually stabilizes at really low life, but I run out of gas and his guys get exponentially stronger. Also, he stuck a Vial, which really sucked for me.
I can't remember how I boarded, but I remember here that for some reason I didn't board Pyroclasms.
Game 2: This game was weird. He couldn't find dudes, and I was beating him with an unthreshed mongoose (which was my only creature). I was sitting on 6 cards in the yard for the longest time, drawing only into things that stuck to the table. Not a single fetch, instant, sorcery or another creature. I had him at 3, but then he found dudes and stabilized and I didn't find anymore dudes :(.
2-1
4-3
Round 4 vs Nick (Yawgmoth) with TES
Another Ninja? You have got to be kidding me.
Game 1: Empty the Warrens makes 8 guys really quick, and I get the beat down.
Out: 3 Fire/Ice
In: 3 Pyroclasm
Game 2: I stick a Blood Moon, but he manages to still make some Goblins through my countermagic. But I topdeck a Pyroclasm and beat face after that.
Game 3: This game came really close. I don't remember a ton, but I stuck another Counterbalance/Top, and started beating down. He managed to make some Goblins for blockers right before we hit five turns. I managed to find 2 more Goyfs and plop them down. Victory seems imminent, but he Chants me with kicker on the last turn, and I don't have the countermagic. We draw.
2-1-1
5-4-1
Round 5 vs Don (AngryTroll) with 4c Survival.
Another fucking Ninja. After a few minutes of quick math, we determine that there's no way to fudge results to get us both in the top 8. We have to play it. Fuck.
Game 1: I take it quick with some quickly Threshed Mongeese.
Out: 3 Blood Moon
In: 3 Krosan Grip
Game 2: This was actually one of the most fun games I played all day, and it's such a pity that I don't remember a whole lot. Both of us played flawlessly (or at least close), and in the end he took it with massive Tarmogoyfs.
Game 3: Fucking Gigapede. I couldn't burn it, and it just kept eating my fucking dudes. Also, he StP'd two of my Tarmogoyfs that game. I thought my only hope was to find a Dragon so I could chump block on the ground and push through damage in the air, and I get so focused on finding one that I make a pretty awful mistake. During the game I topped at his EOT into Counterbalance, Force, and Ponder. His Gigapede was dead because I had blocked it. Now, any reasonable person would have grabbed the Counterbalance, slapped it down, and kept the Force on top via Top to keep his Gigapede at bay until they hit a creature. Not so for me. I grab the Ponder and shuffle away both of those cards because I'm so bent on finding a Dragon. When I do find a dragon, it's too late because I'm at such low life, and he also has a Shriekmaw ready for it. There's no guarantee I would have won that game either way, but I would have stood a much better chance had I not been quite so dumb.
So, I'm out, but Nick, Chris, and Don are all in the Top 8. At least me losing to/drawing with all of them helped them get there .
After this, I buy a Guinness because I can now, and sit down to watch Brian's top8 match. I discover I still don't like beer.
Then I hear about an 8 man single-elim, winner take all side event for a blue dual. Only $5? Shit yeah, ladies.
Round 1 was against Aggro Loam. He beats me down with huge Crushers in game 1, but in game 2 I grip his Seismic Assault and it makes my Goyfs into 6/7s. He plays another Crusher but I bolt it and beat his face in. Game 3 I did some naughtiness with everyone's favorite Lhurgoyf and it was over quickly.
Round 2 was against some weird Trinket/Naught Tradewind rider thing with Factories and Mutavault. I didn't see much of it game 1 because Mongeese and Tarmogoyf took the game pretty quickly. Game 2 I didn't side, and I ended up getting pwned by multiple Tradewind Riders and a Sower of Temptation that stole my Fledgling Dragon. I board Needles and Grips and in Game 3 I drop a Needle on Tradewind and a Needle on Factory (his only dudes). Then he drops a Needle on Counterbalance. Sure. He drops a Mutavault, but lets me swing my Mongoose through it because he thinks it's also stopped by the Needle on Factory. Whatever, I had the Fire/Ice to deal with it anyway. I ride the mongoose all the way to victory, and then inform him of the mistakes he made.
Round 3 was against some sort of Cleric Tribal thing. At this point the music is so loud (and awful) that it's really hard to play well. I take game 1 by sticking 2 Mongeese and a Fledgling Dragon, then finally getting Thresh and swinging for 13. Game 2 I lose to Soltari Priests, because I can't remove them or block them. Oh, and because instead of using Counterbalance and Top to counter a Swords on my Dragon, I just pumped it twice to gain extra life. I blame the music. Game 3 I Needle his Vial and his Jitte, and then I make some mistakes (music, I tell ya) but Tarmogoyf makes up for them by being really big and unfair. I take the Trop (near mint, too :D), and we retreat into the night to go find some food.
Since we were all going South, we decided to hit I-5 and find the nearest restaurant. We eventually strolled into an Applebees. As we were walking in, Don points out to me jokingly that they have Crayons for me and points to a dish full of them.
But see, the thing is Crayons are awesome. So I grab a couple, our waitress notices, and she totally lays out the coloring book children's menus for our table. Fuck yes. I eventually make everyone in the menu either breath fire or be on fire, and then we get to ordering.
Determined not to have my experience with alcohol that night ruined by beer, I decide (at Brian's suggestion) to order the cleverly titled 'Applebeetini'. She informs me that it's only another dollar for an extra shot. Well why the hell not? She checks my ID, sees that it's still vertical (http://www.liq.wa.gov/enforcement/license_format.asp) and that I turned 21 a just month or so ago, and calls me a 'noob'. I'm not sure our waitress could get any cooler at this point.
Also, I discover that I really like Martinis.
We eat, and eventually get our checks. Because I'm slightly buzzed at this point (I'm a total lightweight), I decide that it would be totally awesome to sign for my check in green crayon.
In short, Saturday was fucking awesome.
Props:
Anthony (cardtard), for putting on a great tournament. Also, if you're reading this, I still totally owe you for that Guiness and the $5 for the side event. My bad. I'll send it up on Sat with Brian and Gordy.
Our waitress at Applebees, for being awesome, and hot. So, totally hawesome, I guess.
Maverick, for winning those Goyfs and agreeing to sell them to me at an amazing steal.
Tosh, for driving so I could get drunk.
Top Secret Coatings, for being the best company name ever.
Slops:
Stupid punk band for sucking and filling the place with stupid emo punk kids and making it hard to play.
Me, for forgetting to simply walk into Mordor.

Round 1: Mono Black, First Legacy Tournament Special
My turn two Magus doesn’t do much after he follows his turn one Barron Moor with a million basic Swamps. I Swords to Plowshares a Simian Spector, and get Head Games-ed several times. Awesome!
Game 2, he has a “Thoughtsieze for IB” creature in play, and I make a Rofellos on my second turn. He casts Stronghold Overseer on his third turn off of Dark Rituals, and I frown-that thing is a 5/5 flyer, that prevents me from racing him. And the Shriekmaw in my hand laughed at me. I Burning Wish for Rough/Tumble, with a Witness in hand to back up his Thoughtsieze creature, but he forgets to use it, and I draw a third land to go with Rofellos. I Tumble it, which was seriously awesome. I find a Survival, but am out of creatures to go with it, and down to one land in hand. He Head Games-ed me, and finds another land. He does it again on his next turn, but this time he finds a Goyf to go with the Simian Spector in play (to Extirpate Goyfs)…well, Goyf turns into Anger turns into Squee…I win.

Round 2: RGB Aggro Loam
We trade Thoughtsiezes, but my Shriekmaws and Swords to Plowshares eat his Crushers, Goyfs, and Terravors. Survival keeps them coming while he can’t get a Crusher to stick around long enough to improve his draws.
Game two, I side in Extirpates, he cuts, and a card falls from the deck (landing face down), he puts it on top, and announces that it’s a Survival. My opening hand is 2 Survival, 2 Goyf, 1 Extirpate, and 2 Land. He Thoughtseizes me, thinks long and hard, and takes a Survival? It turns out he had Wish for Reverent Silence, but I crush him for this play, with a turn 2 Goyf, then a turn three Survival and activation. I never do cast the Extirpate, because he never casts his Life from the Loam that is in his hand. Again, Survival resolving = his creatures all dying, and his enchantments blowing up before he can really abuse them.

Round 3: UGw Madness (Maverick)
Tournament Report 3/15/08
Round 3 Vs. Don (AngryTroll) with BGWR Survival
Game 1: I resolve an early mongrel and a goyf which gets plowed but I topdeck a second one. He gets manascrewed which lets me keep him from doing much of anything with circular logic and a couple forces.
Game one I mulligan, then Cabal Therapy for Mongrel on the draw, see Goyf (Mongrel is the right call, though, by far), so he rips a Mongrel off the top. I Swords the Goyf after dealing with Mongrel, so he topdecks another one. This game is dumb.
Game two goes the way I think this match should go; my disruption gets a Survival into play, and then I have to either get manascrewed or die to not win.
Game three his draw includes Needles, Force, Circular Logic, Stifle, land, Mongrels, etc. My hand is mediocre, but no match for THE PERFECT HAND.

Round 4: 4 Color Sliver Control.
Game one: I Therapy for Crystalline, and miss (it turns out he forgot them. How was he 2-1?) He drops Gemhide Sliver, Birds, Sinew, and Winged, so I Burning Wish for Massacre. He casts Dormant Sliver, the last card in his hand, and I drop a Magus of the Moon, leaving him with nothing but mountains. I follow it with an Anger, and beat him for a while. I win.
Game two: I Shriekmaw, Therapy, Swords, and Goyf his Slivers. I win. I Burning Wished for a Deathmark to kill a Necrotic Sliver, though, before it could turn off Survival. Cool.

Round 5: Pinder with UGr Thresh
We determine that we have to play it out. I lose game one to mana screw pretty quickly, and really get into a funk about the match.
Game two, I crush him with a Survival. I also Extirpate Goyfs early, leaving him very few outs.
Game three, my opening hand has a Swords, Goyf, Shriekmaw, some land, and a Thoughtsieze. I draw another Swords shortly, and two Goyfs go farming. Gigapede to the win! Gigapede ate 3 Mongeese and a Werebear, and two Goyfs went farming. I held a Shriekmaw for Dragon all game too, figuring it would be better hardcast on a dragon than Evoked on a Goyf early and holding Swords.

Top Eight:
I start Top 8 in the number two slot, behind Chris (Volt). Chris gets paired against Aggro Loam, his absolute worst matchup, and I get paired against TES, my absolute worst matchup. Lame.
TES (Nick): I keep a hand with BWish, figuring it cuts his number of ways to victory in two. He turn one’s me in a turn that takes forever.
Game two: Extirpate and Burning Wish this game gets me to keep my hand. I end up really mad because Nick takes forever, (5 minutes easy) to decide that he will pass the turn. I throw down a forest and pass back, realizing that it needed to be a fetchland for Wish-Pyroclasm. Forever and a half later, Nick Diminishing returns, so I Extirpate Tendrils. Just before I die of old age, his makes 18 Goblins. I cast Goyf and Wish, he swings, I Pyroclasm and swing to put him at 10, then play Survival. If I draw a creature, and he doesn’t chant me, I win with hasty Goyfs, but I don’t. He, being the amazing lucksack that he is, draws Tendrils.
If I had played the correct land, I could have killed all the tokens at once. However, he knew my hand off of an IGG, so he would have Tendrils-ed me for 18, then won from there.
I was very frustrated with this match, because after the first game, I could not have won the match in the time we had left with the speed at which he played the deck. I understand that the deck is tough, but he needed to play it faster to be fair.
I picked up a mint Plateau for my efforts, a result that was good enough for me.
As for the deck, the only changes I would have made revolved around the combo matchup. My sideboard could use work against combo, but I am not actually sure what to do. The mainboard was amazing. There could have been a Gigapede mainboard, but it wasn’t needed. I wouldn’t change a single card main, and only a few sideboard before playing this deck again.

What a blast! I went undefeated in the regular rounds, beating Charbelcher, TES, Moon Thresh, RG Sligh, and drawing into top 8. So what do I get as a reward for finishing in the #1 slot? I get paired against Aggro-Loam, my absolute worst matchup in the entire tournament.
Aargh. I was really, really hoping to avoid this guy, but he just barely snuck into the top 8 on tie-breakers.
conceding round five is pretty standard here.

It means he'll be in a different bracket. If he ends up second or third (or sixth or seventh but that's very unlikely from x-0) he won't play the eighth seed until the finals, and if he's fourth or fifth the semis.

Good pro tip. Unfortunately, I didn't do the math necessary to figure out for sure if this guy could sneak into the 8th slot, but I should have conceded my 5th round just in case. I'll remember that for next time.
You totally could have conceded our round, too. I totally would have let you.

The last spot was a scepter chant variant if I recall.
