If I have mirror gallery out and two Krark's thumb, do the effects: not stack, and only 2 coins get flipped for each one, they trigger off of each other and 4 coins get flipped, or do they keep triggering off of each other and the game is a draw because of infinite coin flipping?

I've actually kinda wondered why even a single Krark's Thumb works. The way it's worded, it seems like every time you flip a coin, you would instead flip 2, and then it would trigger again, replacing its own flips ad infinitum.

Q: Doesn't Krark's Thumb's replacement effect cause an infinite loop? It says that if you flip a coin, you flip two coins instead and ignore one. Wouldn't each of those coin flips trigger the replacement effect as well, resulting in unbounded, exponentially-growing coin flips?
A: No. There's no loop because Krark's Thumb doesn't have a trigger; it has a replacement effect. A replacement effect can only effect an event once; it doesn't continually invoke itself (otherwise, for example, Furnace of Rath would cause infinite damage).
Q: I understand that with one Krarks Thumb the replacement clause makes it only trigger once, but if you have two or more (with Mirror Gallery) wouldn't the extra flips trigger the others? So, would this cause the infinite loop, or would the replacement clause protect it from this, too?
A: Replacement effects do not trigger, they just replace the specified event with something else. And a single replacement effect can only be applied to a single event once. So this does not create a loop. What happens with two Thumbs in play is that when you would flip one coin, you flip four and choose one.

"if you have two or more (with Mirror Gallery)"
you can have multiples out and they only replace once, so 2 thumbs is 4 flips, 3 thumbs 8 flips, etc...
