Does anyone know of any sites that sell foreign cards besides SCG?

www.magicarsenal.com has a limited amount of foreign older cards (like Legends, so you get a lower price). I think they also have foreign foil site that's linked to on their site somewhere?

Cardshark.com (http://www.cardshark.com/default.asp?referral=sacul+kamadaka&source=link) occasionally has some, but ebay is the best.
You can also live in foreign countries...But then they aren't foreign anymore...

How beautifully New Worlder. My parents re-built my grand-grand-father's old house and moved here in 1982, yet our family are still "the foreign ones".

Global Dealers who travel to the sites to trade with the people. There are a lot of independent ones but there are too many to list as I actually don't remember their names.

I believe that MOTL has more foreign traders than anything mentioned above. Or am I wrong?

If you can get someone to translate Japanese for you (I know there's some people on TMD that read/speak it, might be a couple here as well) and you don't mind paying shipping from Japan:
http://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/
Would probably be cheaper than eBay since people selling their cards there don't consider them special, just their normal cards they open from boosters.

When I was in Hong Kong in November, I went to a store called Teens Channel at Plaza Hollywood in Diamond Hill (http://www.plazahollywood.com/). I can't find their number, but they might do a shipping deal, but packs only. Their regular store rate was $15HK for Lorwyn and $12HK for Future Sight, T-Chinese. In US, that's $1.93 and $1.54 respectively. I couldn't find MTG for sale anywhere else when I was in China/Hong Kong.

I can't seem to get their search engine to work for me. I search for Asian Dovescapes and Null Chambers and I get nothing back.

So stock up if you're ever there :) The HK Dollar is actually directly linked to the US dollar. I was surprised to find it at that price... granted... if you look at a Big Mac index, a Big Mac Extra Value Meal there is HALF the price it is in the US... $23 hk dollars... $7.75 HK = 1 US.

Maybe because they don't have them in stock. Here's their Dovescape supply:
http://www.manamaze.com/en/search?return=1&key=dovescape
So they only have english, english foil, french and italian.
They only have english Null Chambers:
http://www.manamaze.com/en/search?return=1&key=null+chamber
Also, just press the search button here:
http://www.manamaze.com/en/search?searchtype=asian
to see their complete stock of asian cards

It's good to have relatives around there who know the place... If you stay at one of the non-profit org hotels, it'll run you around $70-100 a night (YMCA, YWCA, Boy Scouts). They're subsidized by their hotels, but they don't charge you insane like the for-profit ones. Just a hint if anyone ever plans on going to Hong Kong in the near future.

I go to Indonesia almost every year and I also notice that packs there are quite cheaper. New packs are around $2.49 retail which I'm sure you can get a heavy discount if you buy a box. Older packs such as Onslaught are $1.99 which I gladly raped their whole stash.

Yeah, it's awesome if you want to be on a plane for 27 hours.
