Engineered plague and Humility

Ok so i have a humility and an engineered plague for goblin in play. My opponent plays a piledriver, does it become a 1/1 from humility then die to engineered plague? or does something else happen?

Humility has two effects: one in Layer 5 and one in Layer 6b.
Engineered Plague has one effect: Layer 6d.

So let's go through them.

Layer 5: Goblin Piledriver loses all abilities
Layer 6b: Goblin Piledriver becomes a 1/1.
Layer 6d: Goblin Piledriver gets -1/-1 and becomes a 0/0.

No; just that they're both in play at the same time.

Timestamp only matters for two effects that apply in the same (sub-)layer.
