Is there anything here. Living in CT is the worst for legacy except for the bi yearly TML, and I hate having to drive at the absolutew minimum 1 1/2 hours if I feel like playing some cards. Is there any sort of action here, and if there isnt could we get something started. It seems that there is enough people from CT to get a weekly thing started. At the very least we can get a monthly thing started and bring some people from out of state.

Where in CT do you live? I live in Enfield, on the Mass line so there are plenty of events in Mass that are close enough to me. If you live in Southern CT though, the Mana Leak is your only hope at the moment. I've been trying to get something started in Central CT for a while now.

I live in Norwalk (about as south as you are going to get) so i realy dont ever get to play since everything is extremely far. I was thinking that we could get something started at Gaming Etc... Seems like the shop is big enough. I was gonna go down and talk to them but I never got to it. Does anyone else know any good spots to hold a tournament or if anything is actually happening that we are not aware of.

I have been talking with my local store (its in milford) and they said they would consider holding legacy events. For the shadowmoor thing Im going to go and clear up the details. What Id like to know is how many people would be interested in attending weekly/bi-weekly in Milford Connecticut. The store isnt exactly the largest but can comfortably fit 40 people and its on the post road so its near possibly every food place.

Sorry my man, its a little far for weekly. Maybe monthly large-ish tourney like Kevin of Off The Wall?

The concentration of Legacy players would seem to be in MA and NY. With tournaments happening literally every weekend in MA, support for Legacy in CT would seem to be pretty grim, unless you started it yourselves and got people into the format. Ask scrumdogg about it, as he is solely responsible for Legacy existing in MA.

I know plenty of people in CT and who are at my local shop who play legacy. I have also been working with friends to get them into legacy. If I was to set up a 5$ tournament the first week of june would poeple Show?

Its slightly farther then Gaming etc... but there really no reason for me not to hit this. I went to the store for the OLS/OTJ draft they advertised on Wizards and it had one of the best environments i have ever been.
