It's 3 weeks before the VA tourney, so I'm not sure. Like, they could travel up here cause theirs won't be too expensive for them, and those of us going down there wouldn't mind too much cause it's gonna be cheap for us to play in yours, but there may be some conflict for the Mass people. I dunno.

You are right in assuming that it's not a playset of duals, we haven't picked a tournament site yet. If we did do it at the carousel mall(where altered is located) I promise altered or whatever they go bye will have no involvement and we will, as always, provide our own vending. We have gone with $25 as registration price, I don't think we are changing it anytime soon, but there is the added bonus that we give out so much in door prizes everytime that a few people get all their money back plus more.

-Please feel free to let me know if anyone has any good recommendations for a tournament site in the syracuse area i'm all ears.

The Best Western out by the Airport was pretty sweet for the Ultimate Magic Tournament this last year. Good accommodations, an area just across the doors to smoke, access to TONS of places to eat within a mile, and a bar about 50 feet down the hall.

What ever happened with this? Are there considerations to hold another event, Eli? May 10th is rolling around soon and there hasn't been any update on when the next one could be or even this one.
