Not even that one. The black creature card is RFG upon resolution of the ability, and if the ability is stifled, there never is a resolution.

Colons just are activated abilities. Triggered abilities can be stuffed by Stifle. Just make sure you do not get triggered abilities confused with text that are not abilities, such as replacement effects.

Abilities like Ichorid and Astral Slide have a triggered ability. You choose targets when they are put on the stack, but costs are paid when they resolve like Nihil said. So if the ability is countered, you do not pay any costs. Something like Lightning Rift still targets even if the cost is not paid.
