Uba Mask + Words Enchantments

Uba Mask replaces my draw with removing the card from the game; can I replace this effect with a words enchantment? I'm not sure since I'm not technically drawing a card.

Pretty sure you can. Just nothing will get removed by Uba then since you can't replace 1 draw with 2 replacement effects.

If you activate a Words enchantment, there is one action that two replacement effects are trying to replace. Controller of the action (in this case, the player trying to dry the card) chooses which one applies first, and the rest apply if applicable.
