April's FNM is supposed to be, Sensei's Divining Top ...Its not confirmed yet but I have read it in three different places now so I feel comfortable posting this. If this really is true it could be one of the best FNM foils ever!!!

THIS IS JUST A RUMOR AND IS NOT CONFIRMED...

This is a complete contradiction in terms.

Real foils>Regular cards>Burned cards>burned cards with runny dog shit diarrhia smeared all over them>FNM foils.

What is everyone's problem with FNM foils? I mean OK they have the big FNM symbol in the text box, DCI foil have their own symbol, the JSS foils have one...I mean I really don't see the big deal. I do understand that regular foils are better because they are harder to get, but why all the hate for FNM foils?

So the FNM foil stamp is fugly and the DCI one is OK? I really don't see the diffrance...

They are both ugly. The only way the DCI one is acceptable is on a card like Will with no Beta or other Foil version.

Well the truth is all foil cards are kinda fugly... foreign is the way to be. But yeah, FNM is the worst.

If it was any good, I would totally run my one foil Torchling in Dragon Stompy.

I would cut Brainstorm from all of my blue-based decks if the only ones I owned were FNM foils. I'm not kidding.

I often don't play decks because either 1 or a few cards in the deck arent foil (in Vintage), it really upsets me.

I ONLY went after the foil promo Brainstorms. The foil jobs of post 8th design just look better than the originals.

Non foil pictures = shit job, Wizards. If I wanted just a shiny border on my cards I'd put packing tape over them.

And the only reason for the DCI inset ones being better is because of rarity. I guarantee you that if the judge foils were released in as mass quantity as FNM's, nobody that likes foils would care. Well, other than being completely happy they aren't spending 10-50x their worth for a different symbol (just because it was an event-only special), of course.
