This random guy on MWS sacced all his artifacts to his Blinkmoth Nexus making it a 4/4 with Ravager. He told me that the +1/+1 counters were permanent even when it ended being a creature at the end of turn. I disagreed with him saying that the counters "fall" off when it stops being a creature. Is he right? Do the counters stay on permanently? Thanx ahead of time.

Yes he's right, and yes they do. Counters aren't removed from a permanent just because the permanent changes types.
