Dreadnought question

can i play one from my hand, leave the CIP trigger on the stack, play a second one from my hand, kill the first with the CIP of the second and thus have one dreadnought into play ?

No, you would have to be able to play the dreadnaught as an instant to do this. If you could play them as instants (say Aether Vial on 1) then you could do it.

Note that you can use an Aether Vial (or similar) to achieve this effect.

Play Number 1.
Ability on Stack.
Vial in Number 2.
Sac 1 to 2s ability.
Ignore 1s ability.
