Made another appearance at my FLGS's Saturday-afternoon Legacy event.

Were six people, counting myself.
We aim to get 'em sanctioned, but all to often, less than 8 people show up.

One of the other players was a girl, there with one of the other players (brother? boyfriend? I didn't ask.) Anyway, she seemed to know what she was doing; a competent AEther Goblins pilot from what I saw.

The TO structured the event as a 5-round round robin.

Round 1: Threshold
Won 2-1
Using Vedalken Shackles on the goyfinator really helped here.
Nimble Mongoose fortunately didn't beat down fast enough (Also, I had one of my finishers out early, with the potential to chump-block it.

Round 2: Land deck
Lost 2-0.

Round 3: R/b AEther Goblins
Won 2-0.

Round 4: R/b AEther Goblins (different build)
Lost 2-1.
The first loss was caused by Duress hitting Propaganda early on. (I kept the hand in large part so I could plan on getting Propaganda out early; if I had bene able to play it, that would have slower her down immesely.

Round 5: opponent was playing a deck of an archetype I didn't recognize - see this thread: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1013469
Won 2-1

Propaganda, the latest addition to my decklist, was a *huge* help against Goblins. (I had it sideboard, and brought in 3 copies.)
Back to basics was useful any time i had gotten to play it.
Vedalken Shackles also was a standout.

I had almost too much CA [Fact or Fiction and Ancestral Visions going, as some of my losses occured because the opponent was able to stall long enough for me to lose by milling myself.

Also, I run only 3 finishers (1x each of teferi, meloku and Morphling). This can be a problem even with all of the CA I'm getting. (Furthermore, they *can* get removedI think I might need to add more, probably another Morphling or Meloku.
Furthermore, I'm considering replacing Teferi - it's relatively small, it's first ability isn't relevant with so few creatures, and it's seocnd ability doesn't comw in handy very often.

Being able to produce several d00ds with Meloku, as opposed Morphling as one large beatstick, has come in handy.

I went 3-2 in the five rounds, which had me tied for second with a couple other people.
Prize was a TimeSpiral pack. (Opened it and it contained nothing spectacular, but still a few cards I needed towards my TS complete set)
Prize pool is small, but so is the entry fee. :)

Next time you write a report, it would be great to specify which deck are you playing (I suppose it was MUC)
