I have recently purchased a bunch of collector's Ed. cards for my Type 4 stack and My Cube. They all still have the square corners, my question is, how much value will they lose if I trim the corners down? I may want to sell the cards in the future and I don't want the to be worth nothing...

They're already worth nothing.

If it's power, don't trim it. If it's not, screw it.

those cards along with the duals are still worth $20 dollars a peice. Trimming them wouldn't be a very smart thing to do.

Nah, Wheel is like 7 or 8.
Duals, Mask are 12-16
Dunno about the other two.

I have clipped CE duals I was playing EDH with, and am selling them on eBay, I'm pretty sure I'll still see 10-12 each on em :D

Probably should ask, are these cards a part of the box set, or just singles? If they are singles, it's probably not going to matter, most collectors want the full set anyway. As far as the singles go, duals and the like would probably hit about $20 each at most, Power hits a bit higher if everything is mint. It also makes a small difference if they are from the International edition or not.
