North Jersey Tournies, Who's Down?

Hello everyone, I'm a legacy player (or I try to be) from North Jersey with a house that is like 98% done with being renovated. I would like to host weekly legacy tournaments for cash if enough people will show up. I have two friends that would play so if a handful of others will come it should work well. The house will be all done in only a few weeks so if anyone is interested post it.

maybe the folks who are in Jersey can take down names/emails and we can start an email thread going and maybe we can get this thing going

i know there are folks that want to play legacy in jersey, we just need something set-up with good prize support (or just cash or whatever)

Hey, OP here. I’m definitely still interested in this The only problem is my house is still not done… Money’s tight . Anyway it’s on it’s way and it looks like a few people might actually show up to this. Again I have two friends that will play and might be able to find another. I’d say if we had 6 people we could do it, but 8 or 10 would be sweet. My house is in Lincoln Park. My preference would be a weekday night but I’m flexible. I was thinking something like a $20 or $30 buy in and the top two split it 1/3 and 2/3. And maybe we could take some out for pizza or whatever. Again I’m flexible those are just my ideas. If anyone interested is going to the Syracuse tournament, I’ll be the long haired hippy type that sucks at magic so talk to me about it.

Also, since I’m poor and lazy and my house sucks, I’m sure one of my friends will temporarily host this at his folks house so we’re not waiting for me.

Any more news on this? I'm going to be in Trenton for most of the year, so I'll be up for just about anything that's not a 3 hour drive away for me.
