it seems.... slow.... like, if u wanna play a black aggro deck, look at the suicide black and dead guy ale decks... it's not a bad concept, but you're trying to fill the deck with bad cards. Nantuko Shade > Ashenmoor Leige, Jotun Grunt > Ashenmoor, Dark Confidant > Phyrexian Arena gougers, so on and so forth...

Yeah the speed is kinda variable on the amount of dark rituals i get...
i was considering tuko shade but i dont own them and theyre a b%$#@ to get and i dont like bob because of the mass amount of damage i take

First off, Auras are weak unless they can be used to eliminate the opponent's creatures. There's probably something better than Fists of the Demigod on that side.
With mono black, you could run Graveborn Muse.

You seem to be playing a Mox/Tomb Stompy curve without the right manabase. The options are to drop the curve to a lot of 1-drops and 2-drops a'la Suicide Black, or move to more colorless casting costs and add :2:-lands a'la Mox/Tomb Stompy. The third option is to be slow...
(If you choose to drop the costs, Bob won't hurt you as much. Anyway, there's always Rite of Consumption and Cabal Therapy to get rid of him!)
By the way, how's Dystopia working for you? White and green both have answers to slow-working enchantments, and something like massive elves and 9-land stompy will be fast enough to scoff at it. Does it swing your Thresh matchups? Have you considered Perish?

Both the manabase and the creature base looks very poor. 20 lands, 4 of them colorless, and no Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth has horrible synnergy with BBB cc creatures imo.
Do a search for Suicide Black, Eva White, Eva Green and Pox.
All better black decks imo.
Here is the best creature base for any black based aggro deck imho...
4/3 Nantuko Shade
4 Hypnotic Specter
4 Tarmogoyf/Phyrexian Negator/The New BBB 4/4
3/4 Tombstalker/Dark Confidant + Jotun Grunt
I really think that creature base should be used for every single black based aggro deck.
Here is a mono black list since that's what you seem to want...
3 Tombstalker
4 Nantuko Shade
4 Hypnotic Specter
4 Phyrexian Negator/Ashenmoor Gouger
4 Dark Ritual
4 Thoughtseize
4 Hymn to Tourach
4 Sinkhole/Duress
4 Snuff Out
2 Reanimate
2 Umezawa's Jitte
1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
4 Wasteland
16 Swamp
