Sun and Moon and Belcher

So I am Playing two land belcher and I have a Sun and Moon enchantment out on me, I get both lands out of my deck and activate belcher is the game at this point.

A) A draw because my cards continue to cycle to the bottom of my library and there is never a stop point.
B) A Win because I smack him for 35 before the cards are put on the bottom of the library?

Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a land card. Goblin Charbelcher deals damage equal to the number of nonland cards revealed this way to target creature or player. If the revealed land card was a Mountain, Goblin Charbelcher deals double that damage instead. Put the revealed cards on the bottom of your library in any order.

...that Sun and Moon Wheel won't affect anything. You'll reveal your entire deck and do ~that~ much damage.
