landkill question

I use the card darksteel garrison to make one of my lands indestructible. Then i play the boom side of Boom//Bust. It reads destroy target land you control and target land you don't control. Can you target the indestructible land and kill their land without destroying your own?

You bet. The land you fortified is still a legal target for Boom (it being a land and all), and Boom will still try and destroy it when it resolves. It's just that, since it's indestructible, when Boom tries to kill it, it says "NO!" and nothing happens. Your opponent's land, however, is not quite as indestructible, and suffers a much grislier fate.
