If I name red can I wish for any non red card in my board, with the crow in play?
I don't think so:
It doesn't specifically mention cards outside the game (like the wishes do), but then again, it should affect cards in the removed-from-game zone. I'm not sure if that's the same thing as cards in a sideboard, though.Quote:

"Removed from game" is still part of the game, but sideboards are not. Painter will affect RFG cards, but not sideboard cards.

It's important to note, though, that it will only find cards that have another color. If you name Red, it won't find Artifacts in the RFG zone. Or Red cards.
