I would prefer to keep the BUG gameplan intact and just out value and grind and replace the DRS slots with more interaction. Obviously Shardless limits our ability to just throw countermagic in the deck, but people have often done fine with the flex spots being Hymns, Ancestrals, Thoughtseizes, Coiling Oracle, Glint-Nest Crane, Liliana the Last Hopes, etc. I'd probably just leave my normal BUG list alone but add another Basic, up the number of Ponders I was playing, and keep on with 3 Abrupt Decay main.
Losing DRS hurts every midrange BUG deck but I don't think it killed Aluren.
