@Courser of kruphix's most underrated ability is giving you insight as to when you should dredge, and when you have that abrupt decay you really need sitting ontop
Time for some more reading :-)
When i get more familiar with playing the deck i might try some stuff with aforementioned creatures. For now i should focus more on actually getting comfortable playing the archetype.
Since i have no real sense of what works and what doesnt as sideboard option i warped what i like from other decks. Also i tried avoiding Leylines. Last i felt that 2/1 copies of Thalia, Cannonist was kind of random so i upped them. What my meta is like is: Elves, ANT, Miracles, Shardless/TA followed by Grixis, Stoneblade, MUD, SneakShow, Lands, Blood Moon.dec and the rest gets more random but is present. Any advice is appriciated :-D
Good one; So would you consider or recommend running 1 Courser of Kruphix in the spot of Dark Confidant nr4
Is Umezawa's Jitte any good on this deck as a SB option?
I think this deck doesn't quite have the critical mass of interactions to make Scryb Ranger a justifiable inclusion. Granted, having both Scryb and Knight out feels like cheating, but she pulls a lot of extra weight in Maverick with Mother/mana dorks, and as a flying body for equips.
Courser is a fine card but I'd be hard pressed to find cuts (Bobby is just too stronk). In some world where you aren't playing Black I think it would be a great inclusion though.
Bobmans,
Jitte pulls double duty by being good against small creatures and lightning bolts. It is a strong tool if both of those things are relevant and you feel you have enough creatures to put it on. The variant I play is more creature heavy but it is on the low end of being able to consistently have a creature with which to connect. I'm not convinced the typical list (no DRS, no pridemage, 2 GSZ) has enough creatures. Also, it is probably best against Elves and Grixis from your list.
I'm assuming that list is ordered by frequency.
A second Teeg actually seems pretty good in your meta. It is strong against Elves, ANT, and Miracles. The biggest con is that you are already favored against those decks, so it doesn't actually fix problems. I'm not a huge fan of playing more than 2 of any hate bear because many of them overlap well and none of them are better in multiples (Thalia + Teeg is better than Thalia + Thalia or Canonist + Canonist) so I'd swap a Thalia for a Teeg.
Canonist is live against mostly just Elves and ANT. Revoker is live against ANT, Miracles, MUD, and SneakShow. It is also more one-sided so it is easier to bring in in matchups where it is less live.
I'm on board with the lack of grave hate. The only reason to play it in that meta is Lands, and Leyline is not amazing there (they are not all-in enough to mull for it).
The hardest matchups for typical lists there are Lands, Blood Moon.dec (if Dragon/w.e Stompy rather than painter), Shardless in no particular order. Your Kommand and other grindy cards probably mean Shardless is fine. I'd spend the 3 Slaughter Games slots on something for those decks. Or not, there are not particularly bad.
These thoughts could be better thought out so feel free to question things.
The only gravehate i am going to miss is Surgical Extraction or Extirpate. Those cards help against ANT/Lands and are not dead against Miracles, Tempo, Reanimate, Dredge, etc. But there Chalice @ 1 is solid to (except Dredge/BUG).
I'll probably go for:
-1 Thalia
-3 Slaughter Games
+1 Teeg
+2 Revoker
+1 Umezawa's Jitte OR Toxic Deluge
Another sweeper that came to mind is Pyroclasm. It lacks the reach of Deluge, but is cheaper and doesnt cost life.
Hey, just a few question from a player new to the deck:
- Are there any recent Naya Loam lists?
- What role play life from the loam in the deck? (like: when do you cast it, when do you dredge, is it for early, mid or lategame)
- Are there any good reads or videos for a newcomer?
Thanks for answers in advance.
I used to play pyroclasm for a long while. I eventually switched them out for Golgari charms. My reasoning was there were not too many X/2s in the meta, GB is easier to cast than 1R on average, and the charms have 2 modes that are not completely dead. That being said, I now wonder if there are enough X/2s that I should switch back.
The problem with Naya Loam is that you don't have access to abrupt decay. Without being able to have this answer you are either a) playing Council's Judgment as a slower/counterable replacement b) playing Engineered Explosives as awkward removal/board wipe with Buried Ruin synergy c) accepting that you are no longer a deck that can answer common threats and being much more proactive instead. All three options are worse than at least splashing for the decay
Generally you want to cast Loam when there are 2-3 good targets in the grave (cycle lands, wastelands, fetches if you need to make more land drops). You dredge is if you plan on using it to get back what is already in the grave or if you need to build up your grave for Knight, Scooze, or Pfire. The latter is a marginal benefit but comes up some small percentage of games. If you have 5+ mana and a cycle land in the grave, dredging every turn + cycling is almost free.
There unfortunately isn't a primer or anything too amazing in terms of introductory material. You can go all the way back to Hoogland's primer and some of that still applies, you can look at Schönegger's article but I don't remember how good that was. I have some ramblings on the tappeout link in my sig but that's more about matchups and card choices than introductory material. Your best bet is to look at the last howevermany pages here and search for 4 color loam videos on mtgcoverage.mooo.com
Edit: The Hoogland article not helpful. I would argue that the deck is still the same (if I had to make a division between Aggro Loam and 4C Loam, "Hoogland's deck" would mark the start of 4C loam) but the card choice is different enough that much of what he talks about is not relevant.
Oh and it is important when reading Schönegger's work to realize when he is presenting opinions and when he is presenting facts/info.
Went to a legacy 1K this past Sunday at Face to Face Toronto. There were 43 players so it was a 6 rounds! Played the loam deck, did not change the maindeck at all but tweaked the sideboard a bit so it looks like this:
3 Leyline of the Void
2 Pithing Needle
1 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
1 Reclamation Sage
1 Containment Priest
1 Choke
1 Night of Souls' Betrayal
1 Slaughter Games
1 Maelstrom Pulse
1 Toxic Deluge
1 Golgari Charm
1 Garruk Relentless
I haven't been boarding in Thoughtseizes at all recently and when I did board them in, they were not impressive at all. So I decided to try a couple of Pithing Needles instead since I feel it has a bigger long term impact than Thoughtseize and helps deal with problem cards like Thespian Stage and Jace. I've been very happy with Night of Souls' Betrayal over Engineered Plague since it's an actual board sweeper in certain matchups and I think that's what the deck needs at times.
Round 1 - Ethan (something like zombardment but with no zombies or blood artist...)
Game 1: He does a lot of Faithless Looting but nothing much and I end up getting the Punishing Fire lock really early and he just never had any creatures on board.
Sideboard: -1 Gaddock Teeg, -1 Maze of Ith, -1 Life from the Loam, +1 Night of Souls' Betrayal, +1 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, +1 Leyline of the Void. Pretty sure I added other cards to the board but I don't really remember what I took out...
Game 2: I draw very little removal spells. He manages to fuse Wear//Tear on my Leyline + Chalice and he rolls me over with a team of Mentors, Young Pyros and a bunch of tokens. Fun!
Game 3: I think he's off to a slow start and I get Punishing Fire lock on him again before he can go crazy.
Also, somewhere in one of the games, I had a Chalice on 1 and he cast a Therapy on me and I allowed it to resolve. GAH!!! Punt #1!! Haven't had this happen in a few tournaments and now it's creeping up...
Win 1-0 (2-1)
Round 2 - Justin (GW Enchantress)
Kinda awful to play against him as we test together and also drove down together.... Plus I don't think the matchup is that great for me as there's not much mass Enchantment removal if I ever go behind.
Game 1: I curve out really well against him with turn 1 Chalice, then Bob, then Knight, then Liliana.
Sideboard: -1 Gaddock Teeg, -3 Punishing Fire, -1 Maze of Ith, -1 Life from the Loam, +1 Thalia, +1 Reclamation Sage, +1 Maelstrom Pulse, +1 Golgari Charm, +1 Slaughter Games, +1 Toxic Deluge.
Game 2: He curves out really well and gets a super fast Enchantress effect that I can't deal with and then ramps into Sphere of Safety to blunt my attacks and then Green Suns Zenith for a Sigarda right as I was going to cast Liliana the next turn.
Game 3: I make many mistakes this game. I get the board down to Enchantress's Presence on his side and I have a Liliana on two. I have a Golgari Charm in hand and he casts Green Suns for Argothian Enchantress. So in my mind I'm like OK, minus Liliana to kill the Enchantress, Charm the Presence, and then play Bob in my hand. Instead, I cast charm and say -1/-1 to all creatures and I'm just like WTF JUST HAPPENED, DID I JUST LOSE THIS GAME..... Punt #2 + massive tilt factor going on right now!! I try to calm down to salvage the game but it is really hard. So a couple of turns later, I have a Bob beating him down trying to draw me out of this really bad situation and I drop a wasteland. On his turn, he drops a Serra Sanctum and then casts another Enchantment and here for some reason, instead of Wastelanding his Sanctum with the Enchantment on the stack I allow it to resolve and then he casts another Enchantment with all of the mana available in his pool with the Sanctum. Punt #3!!!!! Luckily, he doesn't draw into anything of consequence and I was able to kill him in a couple of turns but from being in a dominant situation into having to win because I had better topdecks felt very frustrating.
Also, during game 3 after my punts, I was thinking about what card I could draw into to save me and I was thinking what card would I name with Slaughter Games that could win me the game and I literally could not think of a good card to name. Which just feels like Slaughter Games should not be boarded into this matchup.
Win 2-0 (4-2)
Round 3 - Denys (Shardless BUG)
Game 1: I kill his turn 1 Deathrite and then I proceed to make a turn 2 knight and for some reason, I decide to go on the Loam wastelock him plan even though he has made land drops in each of his first three turns. Punt #4!!!! This turns out to be really bad as he's able to Decay my Knight the turn after and proceeds to make drop 5/6 goyfs and I just can't deal with the goyfs fast enough.
Sideboard: -3 Mox Diamond, -2 Chalice of the void, -1 Gaddock Teeg, -1 Maze of Ith, +1 Thalia, +1 Garruk Relentless, +1 Maelstrom Pulse, +1 Golgari Charm, +1 Toxic Deluge, +1 Choke, +1 Reclamation Sage
Not too sure if this is how I should sideboard for this matchup. It feels like I want Chalice on Zero and One in this matchup but all the shardless decks that I've been playing against have been boarding into multiple Pernicious Deeds so that feels really awful. I feel like I need to figure out a better strategy against this deck as it is a top deck at the moment.
Game 2: He stomped me pretty hard this game as he had an answer right away whenever I played a threat and I drew no removal spells. It felt pretty bad when I plused Liliana and saw him discard a Pernicious Deed.....
Loss 2-1 (4-4)
Round 4 - Samson (Death & Taxes)
Game 1: I get the Punishing Fire lock on him real early this game and the key turn was when I was able to Punishing Fire away his Batterskull germ token when he tried to equip it to a Sword of Fire and Ice. He conceded this game while he was at 21 life.
Sideboard: -1 Gaddock Teeg, -1 Life from the Loam, -1 Maze of Ith, -4 Chalice of the Void, +2 Pithing Needle, +1 Golgari Charm, +1 Night of Souls' Betrayal, +1 Maelstrom Pulse, +1 Toxic Deluge, +1 Reclamation Sage
Game 2: He Enlighten Tutors for a Rest in Peace on turn 1 but doesn't play it until like turn 6 or 7? He instead started playing threats and I tried to remove them as fast as possible until he dropped an Absolute Law on turn 3. Thank goodness I drew Decays instead of Punishing Fires. He drew a Serra Avenger and started racing me when I was at 12 life and he was at 23 and I ended up killing him when I was at three life.
Win 3-1 (6-4)
Round 5 - Jamie (Miracles)
We get deck checked and he gets a game loss for deck reg error which is unfortunate this late into the tournament.
Game 1: I'm able to resolve a Chalice on 1 and he was able to deal with it with a turn 3 Council's Judgment. I was able to resolve two Dark Confidants and he blocked one with a monk token and I just played another one in my hand. My two Dark Confidants never died the entire game and I never commited another creature onto the board as I was trying to play around Terminus. There was an interesting time in the game where I was at 11 life and he was at 5 life. He has a 4/4 angel token in play and I had two Dark Confidants and a tapped Maze of Ith. He actually attacks me to put me down to 7 life and I was like damn, should I risk going down to 6 life fetching for Dryad Arbor to attack for lethal but then I could die if both my Bobs flip 3cc cards which was a concern at the point as I still had 3 Knights and 3 Lilianas in the deck. I decide to not risk auto losing and just attacked him to one and played a Knight. Next turn, he plays a Jace and fateseals me and keeps it on top. I then cycle to draw it and saw that he kept a GSZ on top and I end up flipping a Knight(!!!!) and a ... land.
Right after the game ended he said that I could have just activated Knight, grabbed a Grove, get back the Punishing Fires in my graveyard to kill him and I flipped through my graveyard and saw a Fires. I totally forgot that, super sad. Almost lost when I couldn't have. Punt #4.5???
Win 4-1 (8-4)
Round 6 - Zachery (4c Delver)
We intentionally drew as it's a clean cut to top 8.
Draw 4-1-1
Top 8 from what I know was 2 4c Loam, 2 D&t, 1 4c Delver, 1 Grixis Control, 1 BG Pox and something I don't know.
Quarterfinals - Michael (4c Loam)
Game 1: I have no idea what he is on and I kept what I thought was a fairly strong hand as I could turn 1 chalice. He just goes forest go and I play my Chalice on 1. He then plays Mox Diamond, plays a wasteland, Wastes me, and then loams his lands back and I'm like omg, this is either Lands or the mirror and I'm fairly dead as I have no fetchlands in hand and he could just wastelock me already. He then dredges back his Loam and flips over Devestating Dreams and I'm like woah, old school aggro loam? Then he Burning Wishes(!?!) for Hull
Breach(!?!?!?). I do nothing on my turn and then he kills my mox diamond. I don't bother concede because I feel like seeing what else is in this guy's deck and he keeps on dredging so I guess good for me? I draw a basic forest before I need to discard and then he goes activate Knight for Ghost Quarter(!?!?!?!??!) and blows up my basic land. WOWOWOWOW. Next turn, I concede as I had to discard and don't feel like revealing anything else in my deck in case he doesn't know my exact list.
Sideboard: -4 Chalice of the Void, -1 Gaddock Teeg, -1 Maze of Ith, +3 Leyline of the Void, +1 Maelstrom Pulse, +1 Toxic Deluge, +1 Garruk Relentless
This is the first time I've played against the mirror or pseudo mirror and I really wasn't sure if I should board in the Leylines at all but I feel like I lost because I got wastelocked, no way this was going to happen again if I could prevent it.
Game 2: I have a turn 0 Leyline but no fetchlands and no black mana with two Dark Confidants in hand but I do have Grove and Punishing Fires too so I feel like I should keep it. I kept the hand and I was able to kill his Pridemage that he Green Suned for and drew my black source on turn 3 or 4 and then I just had total control over the game as all of his threats were just x/2s and that doesn't do much against Punishing Fire lock.
Game 3: I had another turn 0 leyline and I drew enough removal to take care of his threats, wasteland to lock him out of black and white and then just attacked with a huge Knight, Bob and Scavenging Ooze to win.
Win 5-1-1 (10-5-1)
Semifinals - Jeff (Death & Taxes)
Game 1: I felt like I had enough control over the game until he dropped a Mirran Crusader. My only out was the try to dredge Loam to try to hit a Punishing Fire and bring it back with the Grove in my hand but the problem with that play was that the Grove was also the only red source so that wouldn't have worked so I guess that's a punt as well. Punt #5.5!! I thought I should have kept the Grove in my hand to protect it from a Wasteland but that didn't work out very well. Then he killed me with a Mirran Crusader with a Jitte. Sad times.
Game 2: I had two Pithing Needles in my opening hand and a Knight and felt all right with this hand except the sequencing would be super awkward as I didn't want to blind name stuff with the Needles. So for the first two turns, he played a Vial and a Mom and I Needled them both and then just proceeded to wasteland his non basics and with the game with a big Knight.
Game 3: I opened a hand that had a Taiga, fetchland, 2x Abrupt Decays, Punishing Fire and two other irrelevant three drops. I felt like I had to mulligan that as I had no threat and a felt like a Port or a Wasteland would wreck this hand and my 6 had three lands, a Knight, a Decay and a Liliana which was not that great but felt like I needed to keep it. Would anybody have kept the opening 7 here? Anyways, I proceed to get wrecked as I kept on drawing lands and then got beatdown by two Flickerwisps and a Mindcensor. I had a couple of chances to turn the game around as I had a Sylvan Library in play but my first Sylvan activation showed me 2x Wasteland and a Mox Diamond and the second turn gave me a fetchland which was fairly unfortunate.
Loss 5-2-1 (11-7-1)
Overall, I think the deck felt great. Only thing I would do is change the Slaughter Games to an Ethersworn Canonist as the Slaughter Games feels way too slow against Sneak Show and at least Canonist slows them down to one spell a turn which could matter. Also, I am boarding out Maze of Ith in every matchup. It just feels like if I am boarding out this card every game, why bother having one in the maindeck at all? Does anybody else have that feeling? I mean, yeah I win the occasional game where I search for Maze and the opponent concedes immediately but in most of those cases, I was going to win regardless.
Hey guys,
Going to the finals tournament next saturday and will be playing 4C(ofcourse)
A friend of mine did an expected meta, the decks that are certain are in Bold, pretty certain in Italic.
20 Players:
Me
1 Burn
1 Elves
1 Shardless Bug
1 Merfolks
1 Death and Taxes
2 Delver
1 Lands
2 Miracles
1 Esper Mentor
2 Some kind of combo(S&S probably)
6 Anything(Most probably fair)
With this expected meta I am leaning towards this list with the following Sideboard:
Deck
1x Badlands
1x Barren Moor
2x Bayou
1x Dark Depths
1x Dryad Arbor
1x Forest
3x Grove of the Burnwillows
1x Karakas
1x Maze of Ith
1x Savannah
1x Scrubland
1x Taiga
1x Thespian's Stage
1x Tranquil Thicket
4x Verdant Catacombs
4x Wasteland
1x Windswept Heath
4x Dark Confidant
1x Deathrite Shaman
1x Gaddock Teeg
4x Knight of the Reliquary
1x Scavenging Ooze
2x Green Sun's Zenith
2x Life from the Loam
1x Painful Truths
3x Abrupt Decay
3x Punishing Fire
4x Chalice of the Void
4x Mox Diamond
1x Sylvan Library
3x Liliana of the Veil
Sideboard
1x Abrupt Decay
1x Choke
1x Containment Priest
1x Engineered Plague
1x Ethersworn Canonist
1x Garruk Relentless Flip
2x Golgari Charm
1x Maelstrom Pulse
1x Reclamation Sage
2x Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
2x Thoughtseize
1x Toxic Deluge
Reasoning:
4th Decay to the main - Mostly fair decks with lots of good targets, would sideboard it in most of the time
1 Painful 1 Library Split - Expect a bit of Decays from the remaining decks and I want to give Truths a go again, since it was really good last time
1 Engineered Plague - Goblins Merfolks D&T Mentor what's more to say
No Leylines - Expect no graveyard decks at all
Choke - lots of fair blue decks
No Slaughter Games - Don't feel like I need it and it has been the worse card in the sideboard for a while
Missing(I think)
A slot against Burn, expect to fight it in the later rounds(Counting I get that far)
Cutting either Shaman or moving ooze to the sideboard. Since I put the 4th decay in the main, one has to go but I am not sure which. I did not want to cut the Shaman since I am playing the DD+Stage combo and the fixing comes handy.
But no Ooze on the main makes me cringe. Probably Shaman will get cut.
Would like to substitute the Thoughtseizes for another 1 mana painless interaction. Duress/Inquistion maybe?
Thoughts?
Thanks for the help guys
You can even think about not playing the Thoughtseizes in that meta. Without Combo you probably won't need them.
Some spicy cards vs burn:
Worship
Solitary Confinement
Warmth is pretty sweet against burn.
Painful Truths vs Library: You are not dodging decay in this deck. It hits almost all of your threats (besides marit lage and dryad arbor) so it isn't like it won't always be good against you. The primary use of library is as a free sensei's top to provide card selection and mitigate the fact that you are a non-blue deck with redundant cards trying to play the long game in this format. 3 cards for 3 mana is a lot of advantage but between bobs, pfires, lilis, loam, chalice, etc I'm not convinced the deck needs MORE card advantage.
So you want to replace the Thoughtseizes with a 1 mana spell to play against the aether vial decks? Rending Volley is pretty sweet. It is only 1 mana so it is good against D&T, it is 4 damage so it can take out large merfolk, and it is uncounterable so that you can bring it in in matchups where you want to keep your chalices.
Ended up playing the following sideboard:
1x Choke
2x Containment Priest
1x Engineered Plague
1x Ethersworn Canonist
1x Extirpate
1x Garruk Relentless
2x Golgari Charm
1x Maelstrom Pulse
1x Phyrexian Revoker
1x Reclamation Sage
2x Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
1x Toxic Deluge
Ended up 3-1-1, and lost in Top8(again).
Quick run down:
R1: UR Delver W (2-0)
R2: Miracles W (2-0)
G1, He removes all my hate and creatures while on 4 mana, makes 2 angels that end up decayed. I proceed to punishing him from 16 till 0.
G2, he goes t2 Counterbalance(double island) I responde with a choke.
R3: TES L (1-2)
G1, I lock him in 2nd turn
G2, dead t1
G3, He goes for 8 goblins on t2 when I have a Confidant and a Chalice@0 in play. I proceed to cast painful truths and a couple of bobs. No sweeper to be found.
R4: Goblins W (2-1)
G2, Garruk is GAS
R5: ID
T8: Lands L (1-2)
G1, He had a good start but no Red for gamble->Loam. When he got there It was too late
G2, He does his thing and I go for Chalice@1 and Chalice@2, and he goes top deck DD
G3, I have chalice@1 end of turn he Grips it, I draw Wasteland with extirpate in hand and try to destroy his DD, he responds with crop rotation and combo on the spot. I am dumb!
Overall thoughts: Thinking on cutting the combo, after 3 tournaments I can see the strain on the mana. Dree wins are nice but I prefer the consistency. Painful Truths still standing tall and might, will not cut it for MKM Madrid. Although Decay was good for that meta, I will revert to the 3/1 split withe Shaman on Main. A couple of times I wanted to fetch him. Extirpate seemed a nice piece of hate but I am probably reverting to the Thoughtseizes.
If anyone is going to MKM Madrid be sure to meet.
That's it folks
Hey guys,
As I've mentioned before on this thread, I have been thinking of getting into legacy with this deck. However, I really want a good deck that will be good for a long time. Is the resurgence of aggro loam for good, or is it just a post ban meta deck that will fade into obscurity soon enough? Would you guys recommend this deck to someone looking to get into legacy? Thanks.
I've played this deck with some regularity for almost a year and I still feel like I have no idea what I'm doing a lot of the time. I don't think I would recommend it as a starter Legacy deck.
It is definitely a strong deck that will probably exist in some form for the foreseeable future though. Its not a "post-ban meta deck". It had success during and before the Delve era, and well earlier too, albeit in different forms (look when this thread was started).
I agree, I've played this deck... well... long enough to foil the damn thing lol but it's not a deck that's very easy to pilot in my opinion. Sometimes, even something as simple as picking the right dual land to fetch turn 1 can make a very big difference in if you win that game or not. That said, even though it's tough to play I wouldn't let that discourage you, as virtually any legacy deck is going to require learning the interactions, playtesting and understanding the meta to become a good pilot. Whatever you decide to play, practice, watch videos, read the forums/primers, get stomped  , practice more, read and watch more videos, repeat x N times lol!
To answer your question, I don't think it's a flash in the pan and in fact, I feel it will have some staying power; however, I don't think it's a deck you'll see dominate the top 8 every week either. It'll have it's place in the meta and as more people try it with good results, it'll see more play.
As to whether you'll like the deck, I recommend proxying up a few legacy decks with some buddies and play testing it out to see. What types of decks do you normally like? Aggro/Control/Combo, etc? Either way, proxying up the deck with a few of the competitive decks in the format will at least give you an idea if you'd enjoy playing this particular list. :) Good luck on your decision!
What should be our plan against Miracles? Try to jam threats as quickly as possible? In games 2/3, do we need to aggressively mulligan for chalices to keep top offline?
In my list below, I'm siding in Reclamation Sage, Garruk, Sigarda, and Choke, but I'm not really sure what I should be bringing out.
1 Dryad Arbor
4 Dark Confidant
1 Gaddock Teeg
1 Scavenging Ooze
4 Knight of the Reliquary
4 Chalice of the Void
4 Mox Diamond
2 Green Sun's Zenith
4 Abrupt Decay
2 Life from the Loam
3 Punishing Fire
1 Sylvan Library
3 Liliana of the Veil
1 Badlands
1 Barren Moor
2 Bayou
1 Forest
3 Grove of the Burnwillows
1 Karakas
1 Maze of Ith
1 Savannah
1 Scrubland
1 Taiga
2 Tranquil Thicket
3 Verdant Catacombs
4 Wasteland
1 Deathrite Shaman
3 Windswept Heath
SB: 2 Thoughtseize
SB: 1 Garruk Relentless
SB: 1 Toxic Deluge
SB: 1 Choke
SB: 2 Golgari Charm
SB: 1 Reclamation Sage
SB: 2 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
SB: 3 Leyline of the Void
SB: 1 Ethersworn Canonist
SB: 1 Sigarda, Host of Herons
Any thoughts towards running a number of revokers maindeck?
