Well, it's not good per se, but this should definitely help.
EDIT: ok, the image link isn't working, but basically it's a WURBG shrine that searches a shrine out every turn, and doubles your triggers once you hit six of them.

It's just the player version of "deal X damage" vs "gets -X/-X", they behave differently but sometimes have similar outcomes. How is it harmful?

Barrin, Tolarian Archmage 1UU
Legendary Creature - Human Wizard
When Barrin, Tolarian Archmage enters the battlefield, return up to one other target creature or planeswalker to its owner's hand.
At the beginning of your end step, if a permanent was put into your hand from the battlefield this turn, draw a card.
"There is no age at which you stop learning."
2/2
It's a weird card.

Is it finally time for my Undiscovered Paradise to shine?

Ninja Wizards? I'm down for that.
Barrin is probably designed with Niambi (the new WU flash bouncer) in mind. I just don't see enough payoff jumping through that many hoops for one extra card each of your turns when something like Monarch exists, at least in Legacy.
Re: The Fast and Teferius: Core Set 2021
Barrin seems fine in Aluren as a more interactive Harpy option.

Difference is that receiving damage counts as losing life, but not the other way around. So most of the time - barring damage amplifying effects - making your opponent lose life is better than dealing them damage, since there are many ways of preventing damage but not many ways of preventing life loss. I say this is harmful because it puts Red at a disadvantage compared to Black.
Though I won't pretend that there isn't any personal bias in my complaints. I guess I just don't see a good reason why it only goes one way instead of both.

Yes. Although I still don't know what to think about Jumpstart. Hopefully the Eternal cards are going to be playable.

Cheap anti-Delver, anti-Griselbrand, anti-Emrakul tech (among few other things) for the SB. Doesn't seem too shabby.

Re: The Fast and Teferius: Core Set 2021
Just noticed Vryn Wingmare got downshifted to uncommon. Feels like a walk of shame. I recall the preorders were quite high on that card when it was spoiled in Magic Origins.

Force of Will was uncommon, Horse of Will now uncommon. All is well.
