Is there an actual deck with these two cards or is it pure speculation?

Who even knows? Probably someone made a deck that MIGHT have some kill ratio, but god, that format is just so horrendous. Just print all the cards in Modern Masters and be done with it.

What combo are we talking about here?

And T3 kills means it gets banned anyway.

Makes me wonder how long the banned list is going to be until they realize how retarded that is. They need powerful disruption to counteract powerful cards instead of banhammering everything.

Paradise Mantle + Blistercoil Weird + 30 cantrips = big attacker on turn 2.
Hall of Bandit Lord + Amulet of Vigor + CIPT lands + Primeval Titan = Turn 2 theoretical kill.

No way are they consistent, but articles about these cards are driving absurd speculation on these cards.

I dont get the Hall Kill Kody. Explain!

Best thing you can do in Modern is quit and trade for Legacy staples so you can play a better format.
