Awkwardly OT, my friend just sent me a link for any of you who have lottery winnings or a rich ex-husband.
I saw a few posts on The Mana Drain of original art (the dude had the paintings for Smokestack and one Hymn to Tourach), and they are pretty sweet, but one wonders where the line is.
That guy has been trying to figure out exactly what Wizards will pay for it. They own the rest of them and that's like one of the last original arts of the power 9 they don't have. They paid quite a bit for some of them from what I heard and Iguess this guy is fishing to see what they would dish out. Heck, I'd do it.

Here's the first one. I wouldn't mind getting three more for the play set. It's just that Japanese FBB 4E seems so hard to find.
There's 8 BuyItNows on ebay for these <$20, plus a playset at <$60 so they can't be terribly hard to come by. I guess it's pretty rare if looking to find one in trade, but they seem readily available online.Quote:

BB power is probably worth too much for me to go that direction. I missed the boat on FBB duals by trying to get good deals on ebay over the last few years and only ended up with a few non blue ones.
So me and some friends just got back form judging a convention and got complete sets as our comp. These sets appear to have originated form modo and we are looking to unload them. I assume there could be some collectors out there interested in purchasing them.

That last one I packed back in 1994 and it's been in that case ever since. Sadly the rest I have actually played with quite a bit. Didn't think they would ever get to the prices they are at now.
