The list was tested long before Meren was revealed and I didn't run any tests back since.

You are perfectly right as Meren deserves being tested.

Nevertheless, I'm not sure AD should be cut.

You play some number of decay no matter what. it is probably the best 2 cmc card in legacy.

Im entertaining the idea of stepping away from magic. Modern is dead. Standard is a wet noodle fight. Legacy doesn't happen in my area and mtgo is all eldrazi decks.

I either have to adapt to the legacy mtgo meta or give up. One of these is easier to do drunk.

Is the online meta that filled with eldrazi decks? During my play sessions in my specific time zone (GMT+1) I don't really encounter that many eldrazis. Maybe I'm lucky?
Don't leave us. We need more rhinos online.

Sorry to hear that. I really thought the game recovered after DTT got banned. Now with Eldrazi and all the price spikes also friends of mine are selling out. It is just horrible. Let's hope this is all temporary.

I support this sentiment a lot. I borrow Legacy legal decks from a friend who I play in tournaments with, 1 to 3 times a year. Otherwise, occasional Cockatrice and talking to you fine folk is all my MTG. I don't think the majority of MTG players have the healthiest relationship with the game any longer (more of an all-consuming hobby), that leads to lack of development in other areas of their lives. Anyway, that's the stuff I've seen at LGSs in the past.

each time I que-up, I play more eldrazi decks or mudrazi which is an AWFUL matchup. its only going to get worse from here.

I hope its temporary as well at which point I will reconsider but in the meantime, its too much cancerdrazi for me to deal with. no point in all the frustration.

Modern is actually just a dead format right now. this weekend, SCG, will show you first hand how Eldrazi or wtf are you doing.
Legacy is not a thing where I live. closest weekly event is an hour away and that's once a week.

I just got Junk nic fit on modo this week. First 4/6 matches in tournament practice or two mans was cloudpost eldrazi aggro. Went 50/50.

But I then joined the league and I'm currently 3-1
Beating BUG nic fit, merfolk and reanimator, and losing to shardless (bad mulligans)
3 UBg decks and 1 mono U...

So try the league Ricardio, I think two mans were ful of eldrazi because everyone wanted to test, doesn't look like people are comitting to it in the league.

Happy to see that there's an increasing amount of legacy rhinos happening on modo. Keep it up gents.

I will have to try it when I get a chance. Magic is at a waypoint, where we go from here will define the future of this cardboard crack that we so eloquently hoard.

And yea, sometimes when I resolve a rhino on cockatrice or modo I like to type in the chat, "Welcome to standard."
Usually gets a laugh from the opponent. Rhino is sweet, no one derides it you know? Once it comes down they immediately realise the effect it has, and respect it.

Haha also beat a streamer while they were streaming merfolk in the two mans, watching it back after was pretty funny, the chat were trying to guess the deck and failing. Eventually they got it, which led to this gem: "Nic Fit can be a tier 2 deck, but this isn't that" lol cheers guy watching incompetent twitch streamer (streamer is new to legacy and played horrifically, nearly sided in back to basics...)

I second this. Tested a decent amount online this week... 8 of 10 matches in the 2 man Q were against various Eldrazi decks, but haven't seen it once in nine league matches. The deck is decent, but far from metagame breaking in legacy. It's #'s will normalize soon imo.

This was hilarious. The comments in chat were especially great -- so much hate and confusion. I actually felt bad for the streamer -- she was clearly new to the format, and trying to figure out what Nic Fit is without being invested in legacy is nearly impossible, as is playing around its wide variety of unusual cards.

Has Spiritmonger been tried in Nic Fit? It seems good against Cancerdrazi

Totally forgot about this one. It is bigger then our Aliens and gets even bigger, plus it is hard to get rid of.
I know people will not like the idea, but it is worth testing. Even if it confirms the relic should stay so.
Edit; the thing against it is it doesn't have an immediate impact to the board.
