I get it; it's a bad idea.
Does anyone have any answers to RB reanimator? Come across it several times lately, and with Chancellor I just can't seem to work out a way to win
You have to sideboard in this matchup in order to win I feel as otherwise they can just land a chancellor onboard as well as sire of insanity/game over. In terms of chancellor trigger, it typically costs a card to play around by you just feeding it a probe, petal, ponder, etc. etc. in order to at least facilitate resolving a discard spell against them. Played against it at eternal weekend with TES and got smashed by it.
My sideboard for matchup the has been 2 echoing, 2 fluster. It's not enough, as I can't seem to win game 1, and and while this can buy me some time g2, even if I win they then get to play g3. Which can mean things like t1 chancellor, which is just gg. Should I just treat this as a write-off?
The 2 echoing and 2 fluster plan is good. But yes its a bad matchup. Really reanimator and eldrazi are the 2 worsr pairings for storm. You should not bother. Since I played sneak and show (where reanimator was the worst matchip) I have surrendered to gight against it. Dont play specific cards (until your meta is full and you want to play storm anyway). Also is just the deck of the week. Numbers will go down in the next days.
I tried getting jiggy with it... played a league with the Caleb Scherer double island, 14 land, mana base AND a doomsday sideboard for the miracles matchup. Won't say it really panned out all that well but was fun matches none the less:

Hi everyone! Long time storm player here :)
Just a quick question today: does anybody know why in Togores' Twitch channel there are no past recordings of his games?
I've seen him saying to go to his channel to hear some of his reasonings but I cannot find anything there.
Is it just me or something has happened to those records?
Thank you very much for replying!!
There are 2 streams saved.
One for vintage and one for legacy. They usualy get deleted after 40 (?) days. But there is one from october 27th.
Oh cool!
The last time I checked there were none.
I will gladly watch them!
Moving on, I have mixed feelings about having 2 Carpet of Flowers in the side. It was a meta call at first, given that in my area there are a lot of Delver based decks (all of them, grixis, 4c, Canadian and ur).
I know it has been talked about recently, but I'd like to get more in depth of the matter.
For myself, I can say that sometimes the card wins the game on his own, especially if played after the first turns (not giving the opponent the chance to play "around" it), but some other times the card just doesn't do anything.
Given the fact that I don't like this variance, I'd like to ask to those who don't play carpet which strategy they find good enough for post board games.
Just 2-3 Abrupt Decays and 2 additional Tendrils/second Tendrils and 1 EtW?
I'm posting my list just because it would make things easier for those who feel like to comment.

So what do you suggest about those carpets?
Let's hear you out
Basically what you said... I don't like Carpet, while I'd say it's ok against Threshold it's absolutely unplayable if opponents runs DRS, Daze and Discard... the card is bad in general unless you do something like Nevishute with 3-4 & 3-4 ToA or run it as a random 1 of as Jamie, which doesnt seem like a plan against Delver anyway... My SB against Delver.dec consists of EtW, 2nd G land and 2-3AD, 0-2 additional tendrils depending on the decktype (Canadian, UR, BURG) ... I'd suggest having 2 slots for whatever you find useful for your other MUs
I have played carpet many times. And it was never really good. Also if there would be a lot of delver decks like ur, patriot or canadian. Then its fine more or less. But against all the black delver decks its a bad card. There will be some time until the card becomes good again. Its better to play stronger cards.
Yeah I might just get rid of them.
I don't know thou if I want 3 Tendrils (so 2 more), just 1 EtW or what.
Without the mana generated by carpet can I still be consistently be able to go for a natural Tendrils? I mean, vs miracle it's easy to just accumulate lands in play, with him having no wastelands or stifles. Vs delver decks that's not so easy to achieve, so I'm wondering, which is the best post board plan?
They usually have DRSs, so it will be required to go IT->IT->PiF to win through the graveyard.
Never loved Ad Nauseam in delver match ups, especially now that they have acces to Cabal Therapy. That makes me reluctant to pass the turn at decent life total to win the following turn, cause the can rip my hand off with Therapy.
EtW is not always reliable vs DRS plus Pyromancher, because they might be alble to handle the goblins if they don't come in the first 2-3 turns.
So what do you suggest as the prime path to victory? And which game style should I go for in order to exploit my resources at best?
@Togores what stronger cards would you play? My list is pretty standard so what do you think my sideboard is lacking? It's posted above.
I'm thinking about 2 Flusterstorms in those carpets slots.
Any comment, or any other worth-exploring alternatives for those 2x in the board?
I never liked Xantid or Carpet. They just feel really awkward to me, though I'm in a pretty fast meta. One reason I feel like we've got room for Hurkyl's Recall is that there's space in the sideboard I feel like I never want to use for other matchups; I've got 9-10 cards for Miracles (depending on Empty the Warrens's inclusion), 5 for D&T and pals, and I don't board any separate cards for most other matchups (N.B.: there's crossover between the two groups; I usually add a Decay and a Bayou against D&T and the full quad of Decays and the Bayou for Miracles, and I bring in, e.g., Empty against Delvers and a Tendrils against Burn).
It feels to me like even if I ran Xantid or Carpet, I'd reach the point of going overboard (LOL!) if I were to bring them in. Obviously I'd defer to people with more experience regarding this stuff, but it sounds like I'm not alone.
Nevilshute, the list you played on the recent videos is similar in a lot of ways to what I've been playing. Haven't gotten far into the vids, but I'm interested to see how it went and what you think of stuff like the 14-land setup and the singleton Petition. I don't run seven discards, but I've been tempted to start doing that again lately.
I feel like I aught to test more but whenever I run 14 lands I experience getting mana screwed. I slso did get flooded with discard once or twice...
I like the idea to play mox as fifth petal basically, it makes the nauseam plan stronger. And with this meta (at least, my meta, that is made by eldrazi and D&T, miracle following) I think nauseam has become more than a B-plan, the more the game goes long the more I feel bad and next to lose.
I feel confortable to have 14 lands + mox, mana sources are virtually the same, mox is more versatile (you can play it with no imprint just to increase storm count for example, it can help you to be hellbent....)
Imho we don't have anymore time to sit down, waiting for a discard card to avoid counter, or play around them, using maybe the double pif. That's why I'm also thinking to remove the second MD pif with an empty: by doing this, I have also a free slot in the sideboard, that is always great, I'd like to have a 30 cards sideboard with this meta :( (hurkyl, dread of night, carpet, confidant, massacre......so many beautiful cards)
