I've definitely considered adding a Scrubland, especially if I end up running some threats that require BB. I'd probably run the dual over a basic Plains.

I can see why Sigarda can be good but I just don't think it's necessary in most cases I would rather just GSZ for Titania, post board you have Giant Solifuge which usually deals with jace right away. I think right now I have 3 baloths in the deck considering going to 4 since I think we will see more Hymns and Lilianas from now on.
Went 3-0 at the weekly with MD.Ghost's list with a small change to the manabase.
-1 Forest
-1 Ancient Tomb
+1 Plains
+1 Scrubland
I felt the changes to the manabase were good. There was a game where I fetched the Scrubland and it was optimal for the situation. Never felt constrained for green.
R1 vs. Enchantress. 2-1
G1: I have nothing to slow him down and he easily helm-lines me.
G2 & 3 I land early Chalices and Trinispheres.
R2 vs. UBrw Control? 2-0
G1 Truly forgot what happened.
G2 I attack with a KotR and a Baloth. He flashes in snapcaster to plow the Knight and chumps the baloth, tapping out to do so. I resolve a Choke which hits either all or all but one of his lands and he scoops.
R3 vs. Storm 2-1
G1 He plays his discard well. I regret putting Ancient Tomb on bottom after a mulligan after I draw into a trinisphere and am unable to cast it before he easily storms me out.
G2 I mull to 4. Somehow get a trinisphere and a crucible into play and waste his first volcanic and then his second volcanic leaving him with no lands. He scoops.
G3 He keeps a hand with much discard. Takes a peek and then rips my trinisphere and then my teeg. I beat him up until he gets to ~5 after Ad Nauseum. I get crazy lucky having him being too confident that he would draw into more mana than he saw and steal the win.
10/10 fun. Would play again.

I've been considering Hooting Mandrills (don't care about graveyard other than lands) and/or Master of the Wild Hunt as other potential finishers. Has anyone tested with these? They're also fetchable via GSZ (although in the case of Mandrills that's less optimal). Perhaps even Thrun?
@TLK I have considered Master but never got a chance to try it, I have tried Huntmaster of the Fells and the next one in line was Master of the wild hunt.
Also I know I am little late but with DTT out of the format I think it's a good time to try this deck again, now I am pretty sure we should have deluge in the main and engineered plague in the SB I have found it's kinda hard to beat miracles now days when they resolve a monastery mentor. What do you guys think?
How was Huntmaster? I've also considered Loxodon Smiter in the Baloth slot. Comes down 1 turn sooner, can't be countered, and has the same effect vs. Hymn/Liliana. Has anyone else tried him? The 4 life from Baloth has definitely come in handy on a few occassions, but I at least wanted to give Smiter a shot.
I'm not opposed to Deluge in the main as a 1-of. I think there is a flex removal slot (Cut, Dismember, Deluge) and I was also considering Ultimate Price since the majority of the deck's biggest opposing threats (large Goyfs, Angler, Tasigur) all die to it.
YES PLEASE
From what I understand, Baloth's lifegain is particularly relevant here because you're taking damage from sol lands and it essentially gives you more cards with Library. I've played Smiter in Maverick before though and he's definitely a good man. He's no Tarmogoyf, but "Can't be countered" is super good, and he's still more than big enough for Goblin Piker/Squire.format.
I think Go for the Throat > Ultimate Price?
Master just seems like it would be really good in this deck. I really want to try it out.
Yeah, I know the life gain is definitely relevant, and I'm not sure if the trade-off for uncounterability and 1 less mana cost is worth the 4 life. I haven't played Smiter in Legacy before (only Standard and Modern), so I can't really comment on his usefulness in this format.
GftT is likely better, yes. Good call.
I don't think Baloth can be replaced for smiter in this deck, one of the best things you can do with this deck is use the gain 4 life to draw more cards with library.
Huntmaster was a good at times specially if I had trinisphere in play but you might need to add a taiga somewhere in the deck and I don't like that, so my next idea was to try Master of the wild hunt but then I think I switched to a different deck on modo. I am going to be playing a delver list in the next few daily events but I will give Plug a try again on Saturday adding a master of the wild hunt.
Vine Centaur 3G
Creature - Centaur Plant (R)
Trample
When Vine Centaur enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter for each land in all graveyards.
Whenever a land is put into a graveyard from anywhere, you may pay GG. If you do, return Vine Centaur from the graveyard to your hand.
1/1
I think that this plant could be very interesting

One of the better recursive creatures. Not sure if she fits the shell, though.
That plant seems awesome in this deck. I like that it still triggers when fetched up by Green's Sun, too.
So I'm likely running this deck at GP Seattle this weekend. I hope I run into blue all day!
Yeah, I don't think that card (although extremely good by the looks of it) fits this strategy, as we don't typically have many creatures on the battlefield at any given time. I think if we added a card like Bitterblossom, this type of recursion would be pretty good. I think the plant creature is a definite include, though.
Anyone try including the Depths/Stage combo in this deck? Someone suggested it to me and I initially felt it was better served in a Maverick-type shell with Mother of Runes, but I figured I'd pose the question here. Knight can fetch up the lands if we're not lucky enough to naturally draw into it.
