Miracles is very draw dependant. your chances decrease if they get counter top going, but if you play it right, you can be favored. You need to put pressure on them, without ever overcommiting to the board. Thalia is great (because topping is very mana intensive), and Teeg can completely shut them down if they can't find a plow. You need to not draw plows g1 because they are near dead and instead rely on your non-creature permanents: equipment and library. Don't forget that every land becomes a weapon when you have dryad arbor and equipment (that's why playing marsh flats hurts). some people play it more aggressive and just try to win before they can terminus. I just don't overcommit and go for the long game with equipment.
