I've posted about this before with regard to burn frames used in the printing industry. You can use filters to single out parts of the light spectrum. Although I've never experimented (as most modern shops no longer use film because of direct-to-plate technology), I'd imagine putting a card in an exposure frame with a long duration and a color filter could render some interesting results. Someone should experiment. Seriously, a 5 minute exposure may start a fire, that's how intense the light is in these devices (not really as you are burning plates pretty much all day long without any fires).
Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
Sad to say, but that plains looks bleached to me.

One of the best Frazier alternations I have seen so far on a non Mox card. Dowantdowantdowantdowant.

I'll check it out. I'm sure well placed tape over the cards can protect certain parts of the ink, and android's suggestion with EM spectrum filters would probably also work (but much harder for me to get access to filters like those). I've got a bunch of crappy cards ready to be thrown in there when I get a chance (and when no one is around, I doubt the other people in my friend's lab like to see their sterile environment used for magic card color changing:tongue:).
Also I'd imagine black would stick around longest if just the card was thrown in there.

Pimp Police got banned? Thank fucking God.
Nice stuff, everyone. Some Russian pimp came for me today: Countryside Crusher and an Ancient Grudge! Woo!

Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
Hi,
maybe someone of you knows a source, where i can get japanese brainstorms from the commander set, that ships to europe.
Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
SCG had some for awhile. they might still have some in stock.
Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
Actually, there were also misprinted plains at GP Shanghai (via Cardwalker)

So we could get that kind of plains a few pages back.
Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
Dears, it seems Mark Tedin was in Sicily a couple of days ago and I suppose that he passed a lot of time with some of the PIMP guys that live there, I kwno this is just a Legacy Pimp thread but I want to share with you the best Tedin alteration ever seen...

I can just be gelous...
Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
Necro is ridiculous. Also, Tedin's signature is awesome.
Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
Ma unni in da Sicilia?!
Tedin has a nice sig, but I don't like where he places it on the card. When I got a bunch of stuff signed by him a few months ago I asked him to sign the card at the bottom below the rules text which he did with out a problem. He just defaults to the middle of the card if you don't ask him, which compositionally looks odd to me.
Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
Here's more or less what I won a local legacy event with a few months back. Still needs some work, but it's a start.

The Loams are signed by Aaron Forsythe, he designed the card.

The list I actually won with had the Karakas main over the Bojuka Bog, and a Darkblast in the board.

I don't really disagree, I just decided to go all foil (or at least as close as possible) with the end goal being all foil Japanese. This project has been put on hold while I finish foiling my cube.

I have to agree, even though I despise lands as an archetype (since I suck at playing against it, so it always steamrolls me), the deck looks beautiful.
Well done, sir.
Re: [Bragging] Pimp Legacy Decks
Oh, I hate the deck. It's a total beast against anything Aggro, but you lose to combo. Playing against it is almost as bad as playing against Stax, except worse, since you can counter so little.
