Technically, the deadline for deckcodes is the same deadline for signups. However, as I expect that some people will forget and need a reminder, so long as I have the code before you play your first match, I'll be happy.

My question was whether that is Tuesday 00:00 or 24:00, but I guess this is leaning more towards 24:00. Sorry if this is actually somewhere in the description, but I just found the date July 28th.

Oh, yeah, sorry. Signups close July 28th at 11:59pm EST (US east coast) and pairings will be posted the morning after. I'll edit that into the OP.
