The best way is to know someone, who is located in europe, give him the money to buy the cards and then let him send it to you.
Something like this will work likely: Make (fake) account with any European address and contact the seller where you want to purchase stuff privately and ask to ship worldwide directly to your address instead of the address MCM got.
Maybe this helps ... offer extra money for their expanses (shipping is calculated for the country where you register and will be most likely more expansive to a non European address - you can easily send money privately when dealing with each other) and SHOW THEM HOW AMERICANS WRITE 1s AND 7s if they are in your zip code/house number.
I know this because I got asked by someone to do it.

New MCM system is upcoming next summer. I expect them to go worldwide for private users - there are some international vendors already.
Thanks for the help. I'm just going to have one of my relatives in Finland purchase the card, and then they can ship it to me here in the states. Shouldn't be too hard.
If you're not crossing your 7's you're doing it wrong. It's the same thing in math: hook your T's otherwise they look like addition symbols.

do europeans make 1's and 7's differently?
There is a difference between North American and European handwriting, for sure, but European 1's and 7's can look similar depending on how you do it.
-Matt
From my point of view EU 1 can look like US 7 when written sloppy and the other way around.
Americans usually do not cross their 7s - do they ?
No, not usually. As well, most Americans don't hook their 1's.
-Matt
It would be much easier if 1's weren't hooked, and 7's would be crossed. That way, there's no way confuse the two whatsoever.
Now about those 4's and 9's...
Yeah, it depends if you close your 4's or not. Ugh.

What ever happened to clean, deliberate printing? Take a few moments to clearly print what you want to say, especially if it's an address or postal code.
