Longtime Lurker. I was planning on pimping my whole cube to Beta/Korean/Jap. Foil but since all my friends are complaining that they can't read the cards I am beginning to sell some stuff off.
But I thought I would share some of 'em since I have always enjoyed looking at the cards in this thread. My scanner isn't working so I took a pic with my IPod (sorry for the low quality). All foil jap. except for the Foothills and Sphinx.

Energy Flux is amazing.
Really interesting Energy Flux. I've had my hands on just about every card imaginable from a Splendid Genesis to a Blue Hurricane, but I have never seen one of those. What was the original point of it? Is it an error of some sort or was it on purpose? It almost seems purpose made for a test of some sort. I never could get registered on Rarities so I never could follow some of the threads there. I'll assume they are pretty stupidly rare.
I spoke with Richard/Pickle last year at Ovino6 in Milan and he had few of these for sale. Those were part of an Unlimited sheet, used to make test prints,so normal UNL rares on one side and Unl/ Antiquities on the other. Many of those are also miscut . He told me he had his exemplars (he had a few) restored by a professional book artisan (again, if I recall correctly) because there were multiple traces of glue on the backside of the cards (there were mtg cards glued on the misprinted side). He said he got them from an ex Carta Mundi employee who back in the days wanted some ''extra'' stuff to play with at home....:laugh:Quote:
