Ahem, Dwarven Miner. Also Dwarven Blastminer too, just in case.
That sucks, oh well. So, for something new, a better Lotus Petal that however need basics to be played, making it much less abusable:
Lotus Seed :0:
Artifact
When you play a basic land from your hand, you may sacrifice Lotus Seed. If you do, add one mana of any color to your mana pool and scry 1.
You can find those beautiful flowers only in the wild, far from any civilization.
Chains of Purification
BB
enchantment
Cards can't be drawn by players except the first during his or her draw step.
Sacrifice Chains of Purification, pay 5 life: Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
Black will never touch artifacts or enchantments, doesn't matter how shitty a custom card is
Oblivion Knight :1::w::w:
Creature - Human Knight
When Oblivion Knight enters the battlefield, exile target nonland permanent an opponent controls until Oblivion Knight leaves the battlefield.

Stats and flying aside, why pro green and red? Shouldn't it be pro blue and uncounterable? :eyebrow:
I like the keyword "Hostility against X" - the execution, not so much. How does your opponent know that you own blue cards in your hand/library? That seems problematic.
the same how morph works i guess. after the game you have to reval your library and sideboard, but if you have a better wording, post it.
and no, it needs protection form itself to have a clock in the mirror and uncounterable brainstorm would be way too strong. also it should trade with delver.
I would use something like the Epic wording, e.g. Enduring Ideal.
Hostility against Blue (For the rest of the game, if you play a blue spell or control a blue permanent, you lose the game.)
Not that I exactly like that kind of mechanic, but that sounds far more workable and is permanent effect.
The protection part still makes no sense to me, though.
Edit: Is that a GSZable Brainstorm? :eyebrow:
Edit2: I also dislike that your opponent can gib you with a Painter, no matter the wording.
ok, maybe like this

The power level of those is ... problematic. Plunge Into Darkness or Lim-Dul's Vault + Wave of Unicorns. And Gruul Sprites is even more abusive.
Hostility is a neat idea though. Something like "When ~ EtB you can't play Blue spells for the rest of the game" seems fine to me (and if someone makes that ugly for you with Painter's Servant or Magical Hack, that's just a risk you're taking.)
I want WotC to make something like this, to help DnT fix its draws.

(Sorry for the childish artwork choice, but that's literally the only image I had around on this machine since it's been recently wiped. Don't let Dr. Mario touch your genitals, he's not a real doctor.)
Golgari Oracle :bg:
Creature - Zombie Shaman
At the beginning of each upkeep, you may exile a nonblack, nongreen card in a graveyard. If you do, scry 1, put a +1/+1 counter on Golgari Oracle and lose 1 life.

The future can be found in the grave.
Cool concept, although I'd like it better if it operated with nonblue cards instead.
How about this rough concept:
Scry Shaman :g:
Creature - Human Shaman
:g:: Exile target card from a graveyard. If it was a nonblue card, scry 1.
1/2
The nonblue part (it's a green card, after all, which hates blue) along with the :g: activation cost should prevent major abuse in blue decks. It's also a GSZ target.
Maybe?
Bone Shaman :b::g:
Creature - Skeleton Shaman
:bg:, exile target creature from a graveyard: choose one:
- scry 1
- regenerate
- +1/+1 until EOT
For him, seeing the future it's just a matter of asking his old friends

All three effects are both green and black, it's interesting to see those two colors overlap so much.
Also flavorful cantrips with upsides for other colors!

I'm currently thinking about a nonblue hand fixer that makes opening hands less crap. A rough draw:
Gives you land when your hand is mana-light, cantrips otherwise if you don't need it.Quote:
Hand Fixer :w:
Instant
You may exile this card from your opening hand. If you do, search your library for a basic Plains card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
Draw a card.
An old favorite of mine, the colorless land that promote mono-color and brown:
Library of wisdom
Land
When library of wisdom ETB, if you have exactly 7 cards in hand, draw a card.
T: add :1:
Also promote slightly going second. Sort of a fixed library. Yeah you can chain those T1-T2 but you have no colored mana for 2 turns then.
Library of memories
Land
When library of memories ETB, if you have no cards in hand, draw a card.
T: add :1:
Cycling land for lategame essentially. Maybe too weak yeah. It's only slightly better than the colorless urza land cycler whose name escape me now.
Finally a good sol-land
Mishra's Karoo
Land - Karoo
As Mishra's Karoo ETB, return another land you control to your hand or sacrifice Mishra's Karoo.
T: add :2:
This would make artifact decks actually viable in legacy. Bouncing Glimmerposts and City of traitors, all the while giving you an higher than actual land count, essentially working as pseudo-card draw AND accelleration.
I would love to see some new Goblins, something like:
Tuktuk Hooligan
Creature - Goblin Rogue
RRR

+1: if target nonlegendary creature has no counters on it, you may put a +1/+2-counter on it.
- 2: copy target nonlegendary creature. If that creature becomes a target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it.
- 7: you get an emblem with 'each time you put an nonlegendary creature in play, put a copy of that creature in play. That creature has haste. Sacrifice it at the end of turn'.
Living the dream!
Cards that are Red only in colour can not destroy Enchantments.
Yeah, I know, it would be great though... Perhaps with a little green splash... It probably will never happen, but hey! Living the Dream!
And blue shouldn't have the most efficient 1-drop beater in the game either!
Anywho, the color wheel got busted for blue a long time ago. I see no problem in having overpowered cards in other colors too or cards that are outside the traditional flavor of the colors.
Library Regulations :w:
Enchantment
During an opponent's turn, players cannot draw cards, search libraries or put cards into their hands from their libraries.
The hallowed library of Feyerlos only admits one visitor at a time.
I like the Library posted above, but it needs to ability of turning into a 1/2 library worker until end of turn ;)
To be fair, Delver is a power-creeped Flying Men. I don't think Delver has been good for Legacy, but its off-colouredness is due to its power/efficiency and not the nature of its abilities and traits.
Also (I don't do Standard, but) I don't think Delver was as strong in the type two and limited environments it was created for. I do agree red has gotten the shaft post NWO, but maybe it could catch up while staying in flavour?

R
Play only if you've dealt more than 3 damage this turn. For each card an opponent draws beyond the first card drawn in a turn, you may pay R. If you do, draw a card.
Idea: Tapping into blue's ocean of card advantage with the power of lightning/electricity. You need to bolt the opponent before you can cast this, so it's not as easily splashable and virtually costs RR, unless ofcourse.. Delver.
Art: An electrified undercurrent in the sea, similar to the original Ponder, Tangle Kelp, Magnetic Mountain and Mana Drain...
