[DO NOT TRY TO SELL IN HERE] Pimp Legacy Decks

I didn't want to comment on the quality of the alter, because it's really touchy subject for most people...

This particular Intuition just doesn't look well done. Two-tone with red Sharpie that are literal scribbles for accent is just poorly done, and as majikal mentioned, the proportion is off on Orim. The use of thin-black Sharpie also doesn't look appealing as far as alters go. It doesn't help that the card is in the pimpest language, and then poorly crapped upon by April Lee, who has done a grand total of 3 magic cards.

I've seen some of her Lotus Petal doodles and those just make me cringe.

I'd much prefer an acryllic 3rd party alter to a chicken scratch by the artist. (And have the same reservations on R.Alexander doodles too)

That korean intuition is anti pimpin'. I would rather have an english copy of intuition than be caught with that intuition in my binder, deck, or garbage can. The alter is hideous, as in it took April Lee probably 2 minutes to perform that alteration. If April Lee had just signed the card and not altered it I would want it though because I imagine April Lee isn't the easiest artist to find art for since she did 3 pieces of art for Magic.

Foil russian jace's I'd imagine are going for infinite as in if you find them, the person who has them will want approximately 4 figures for them i.e. 1,000 or more per copy. I've never seen a russian foil jace personally. Then again I don't travel that much and what's here locally is slim as far as super chase foils go/foil japanese and russian cards except random commons like azorius signet.

Love the Russian Jace. Way better than the Japanese ones since they are becoming more common. Same sentiment on the foils. I used to collect foils (english only since Japs are way too expensive) but now hunt for Japanese regular instead of English. Just for the sake of saying am different. Could you pm me on where to get the Russians?:tongue:

The Korean Intuition altered using a regular ballpen is not appealing. I'd say it looks even ugly. But usually artists of the card use it since it is more convenient and more authentic so to speak. The signature will definitely jack the price but I don't know how much should they fetch.

Everyone loves pimp staples, but I really look more obscure (not that Wipe Away or Swarm are especially obscure; but they're not fetches or spell snares) cards that are pimped out in foil and Alt. language

Disagree. Promo Cliques are one of the few cards where the artwork is better than the original.

They are not that expensive, but i really like these lands. Still looking for some forests and swamps. Does anyone know some good distribution channels for this stuff?
